After over 15 years of renting, purchasing a property on my own seemed daunting. The Branocs team however had made it stress- free. Laura was fantastic during the viewing stages, she was able to get all the answers, and Rachel, kept me informed up until the exchange. Prior to finding the property with Branocs I have had some dealings with other Estate Agents but they do not compare! Branocs went above and beyond for me and I could not be more grateful. Definitely made the whole process worthwhile. Thank you!

We bought a Branocs home, the home we bought wasnt the only one we viewed with them. From our experience we would highly recommend them as a family run company. Someone is always at the end of the phone or email so communication and service for their clients is outstanding. Messages left are always dealt with in good time. I've seen them go above and beyond for the seller so if we ever decided to move again this is the agent we would use. Stick with them as its a volatile market we live in. You will find staff friendly and easy to talk to. Thanks to all the team, Laura, Tristan, James and Rachel who helped make our move bearable when chains can break at any point!

void Branocs Estates, Unprofessional, Uncaring, and Emotionally Damaging My experience with Branocs Estates was nothing short of a nightmare. From start to finish and I would strongly advise anyone considering renting through them to look elsewhere. Throughout my tenancy, I was met with constant intimidation and threats, rather than support. Gavin Woolfenden in particular was incredibly rude, aggressive, and patronising and a bit of support and professionalism would have gone a long way, he chose instead to be confrontational. When I first moved in I had dirt marks to radiators and walls and an unusable oven that was dripping in grease. They triedto say they had a professional cleaner come into the property before I moved in. When I decided to leave the flat I did nothing but clean from top to bottom and leave it in a better condition to what I found it in On the day when I was simply trying to hand the keys back at the end of my tenancy, Gavin went as far as to threaten to call the police on me which was completely uncalled for and incredibly distressing. He used this action upon me as he didn’t like the answers I had to his questions to be true. From this his actions showed a total lack of basic human decency and understanding. The emotional strain of dealing with Branocs got so bad that my nan had to step in and get involved, as they were clearly taking a toll on my mental health. Rather than support me as a tenant and deal with underlying and ongoing issues I had in the property they acted like bullies and created a toxic, stressful experience that I would not wish on anyone. To make matters worse, they refused to resolve ongoing issues in the property, including a mice infestation in the loft that lasted for three years. Despite repeated complaints of noise, smells and droppings nothing was done it got so bad I was nearly at risk of calling environmental health. It was clear that once they had your rent, any concerns were irrelevant to them. At the end of the tenancy, they then made excessive deductions from my deposit, without any fair explanation and pinned the blame on me and put it across that I was unclean and mistreated the flat I lived in for 3 and a half years. Bearing in mind there will be general wear and tear due to living there so long. In reality It felt like their only priority from day one was turning a profit, not providing a safe or livable home. In my opinion, Branocs Estates are unprofessional, uncaring, and entirely profit-driven. They fail to treat tenants with dignity or respect, ignore mental health concerns, and provide little to no support when real issues arise. If you’re looking for a letting agency that actually cares about its tenants, this is not the place. Below are pictures of the condition when I left the property

We arranged a viewing at a property advertised with Branocs. We were keen to arrange a second viewing but had issues with our DIP. Once this was agreed, we contacted Branocs asking to arrange the second viewing along with a list of questions. We had no communication back from them at all and the property was subsequently sold. It would be been nice of them to at least respond to our email communicating this. There was then a second property put on the market with Branocs and was keen to view this one. Again, we sent across an email asking to view yet again had no response. Once again, the property is now sold and no one has had the decency to communicate back to us. EDIT: As I am unable to reply to your response, I thought it best to edit this. Firstly, as mentioned in my review above, we cancelled the viewing due to issues with our DIP and as mentioned again, had this sorted and then tried to rearrange the second viewing. It was this that was ignored and we found out ourselves that the property had been sold, without communication from you. You also ignored my partners request to view another property and also did not answer any of our questions on the property we previously viewed. Lastly I would advise you to check your information before claiming that I work for a rival estate agent as this is not the case nor have I ever worked for an estate agent, so it is interesting to know one where you have got this information from and two why you are sharing this false information online. I would question your professionalism.

AVOID BRANOCS ESTATES We rented a property for 2 years & 6 months with them and wow, Tristan & Gavin Woolfenden showed themselves to be what they are (Pondlife). They accused us of causing damage to the property of over our deposit amount of 2k and threatened us with legal action if we didn't accept their claims. As a family of 4 we treated the property very well and of course there was some wear and tear given the length of tenancy and any issues that arose we immediately informed them of throughout our tenancy. The usual things such as a malfunctioning shower, noticing cracks in the ceiling, withering fence panels blowing out due to high winds, plumbing issues. The vast majority of these issues were resolved by the father of the people in question which at first I found a positive thing but now see that it was because he could save money. How naïve of me. On every inspection we were COMMENDED by the representative Oliver at the cleanliness of the property was being kept in. These were conducted every 3 months and each time the comments and feedback were 100% POSITIVE. We paid our rent up front for 2 consecutive years and on time each month for the last 6 months whereby we were waiting on a date for our new home to be ready to move into. I didn't expect what was to come from Branocs estates. One of their staff continuously asked us when we were moving out and was given the same information each time, which was all I could do. They then saw fit to issue us with a section 21 notice. (Thought this a bit unnecessary as we agreed on a rolling contract and wed never not paid our rent so very little risk here for Branocs). They also swiftly arranged viewings for prospective new tenants and informed us that the new tenants would be moving in 3 days after we`d moved out. I thought this extremely quick. Once we`d moved then the report they'd compiled I can only call a calculated manoeuvre of a chancer aiming to appropriate a sum of money (our deposit). * They accused us of not cleaning well enough (we cleaned for 2 days and additionally had the carpets professionally cleaned as per the tenancy agreement) * They accused us of misusing the garden * They tried to get us to pay for general wear & tear *They tried to charge us the cost of re-carpeting the entire upstairs * They used marketing photos to act as evidence (this is inadmissible) * They used dust and small pieces of grit as evidence of neglect I could continue but would rather this review serve as a warning to avoid these belligerent profiteers. Luckily the deposit was held by the Tenancy Deposit scheme and as such we readily used the dispute process to begin to take back what Branocs were trying to withhold. The process took about 6 months but was worth the wait. In brief correspondence with Tristan we did suggest a reasonable amount of £400 to go towards anything that can be rightly regarded as recompense for anything we couldn't rectify. This fell on deaf ears however due to Tristan mistakenly thinking he can intimidate people to go away. We were awarded back almost £1500 of our deposit by the TDS. In Summary, Tristan Woolfenden does not care for tenants and his aim is to turn a profit. In his response to our concerns with his behaviour he proudly brandished his numerous qualifications and stated that our opinions were unfounded and our rights didn't really equate to much. Apparently he is not providing a public service and he made out he was doing us a favour by not making us homeless towards the end of our tenancy. and he has tried to substitute new for old by attempting to make endless claims for things to replaced. I am thankful that I am able to give a review as to warn others against using Branocs Estates as we do not recommend using them to rent a property. Our opinion of estate agents has been severely diminished because of this experience.

I have had a very great experience with Branocs Estates. Friendly and helpful agents when viewing the property. I have been with Branocs Estates for almost a year now using their letting service. Their service is always first classand has been from day one. Absolutely Amazing Team! People sometimes question what estate agents do for their money. This team worked so hard from start to finish to get our house sold through to the completion of our new one. Viewings were undertaken by Branocs, who made sure they had a good knowledge of our house to promote it well. They use social media to reach a wide audience.
