GoogleVery poor service! They kept my deposit saying so many lies about the house maintenance. When I given the house on the day before I cleaned the house like brand new they took every little details to keep my deposit. Of course I took the house to live ! What they expect ???When I discussed they said it has not been cleaned. Never recommend anyone to rent /buy house from this agent.

GoogleAfter speaking with one agent, we were so completely sold on using Branocs once weβd met with Tristan that we didnβt want to speak to anyone else. He gave us full confidence that our house sale would be in the competent hands of people who cared and we were proved absolutely correct. Our house sold within hours of going to market and the whole process was handled very professionally by his team, even given some particularly frustrating and challenging situations along the way. Tristan himself went above and beyond, giving us the benefit of his knowledge and experience for some queries around our house purchase, which we were so grateful for and allowed us to realise our dream of relocating to Dorset. Branocs just made an experience that can be incredibly stressful much easier and smoother and we wouldnβt hesitate to recommend them to anyone considering selling their house.

GoogleBranocs sold our house within a matter of days! A brilliant level of service from the initial valuation to the completion of the sale. We were kept updated on a regular basis and it didnβt matter who you spoke to, everyone was professional and keen to help. GoogleWe have used Branocs for the last 5 years as letting agents for our property in Essex following our relocation to Scotland. Distance has not been a barrier, Branocs have been efficient, helpful and speedy in addressing and resolving problems and ensured least disruption when we have had a change of tenant. As with life things don't always go to plan, but by Branocs working closely with us we have overcome any issues that have arisen and are continually impressed with their professionalism.

GoogleI and my partner have just started renting in Great Notley, Braintree, with Branocs. From the start, they have been exceptional. Emma, the property manager, is down-to-earth, friendly and eager to help. I can't fault her whatsoever. The letting agent was kind and helpful, too, although I can't remember his name! Apologies!. For sure, they are the best Estate Agents I have used, and I will recommend them to anyone who is looking to rent in Braintree and beyond!

GoogleDo Not Go Anywhere Else! Branocs Estates go above & beyond for their clients and are more than just an "Estate Agent". Today we completed on the sale of our property in Great Notley and we couldn't have done it without the help of Tristan, Gavin & their team. Having originally be on with a local agent, the experience was horrifying and one I do not wish for anyone to experience. We soon switched to Branocs Estates and have never looked back since! From the moment we sat down with Tristan, his professionalism & experience showed we were in safe hands. We were fortunate enough to view properties with Laura & Gavin so we knew how our property would be presented. Their local knowledge as well as knowing every little detail about the properties themselves, is second to none. Last but not least, Michelle is the rock & hope you need and keeps the light shining at the end of tunnel. Not only did Michelle update us weekly on our sale, she also updated me on my purchase (Far more than the agent i was buying through!!!) Every single member of staff are so professional and knowledgable when they were showing us round potential houses, and their professionalism when showing ours was commendable! All the staff worked hard to make sure we were always fully informed with any offers and making offers. They managed to sell our home and find us our dream home, and Michelle was amazing through the sales progression and helping us keep track of what was happening. And what I think is the most kind hearted gesture, is that as a member of the NHS working frontline during the pandemic this sale was on them, and we still received the same outstanding service, for that, and our whole experience we want say thank you. You took whatβs supposed to be the most stressful time and made it a bit betterπ thanks to the whole team ππΌππΌππΌππΌππΌππΌ

They have acted as both letting and sales agent for the property I owned in Marks Tey & I could not have asked for a better team to look after me.
