FacebookA late but MASSIVE Thankyou for all at Branocs! Having helped us sell before we decided to use these guys again, and wasn’t disappointed. Although we had a buyer pull out early on, they managed to get another buyer through the door and sell our property and luckily had another we wanted up for sale. The whole process was easy, nothing was too much trouble. We are so happy with our new house. THANKYOU

I have also found Branocs a great sounding board, fantastic communicators and on occasion when a transaction isn't going to plan, therapists! Keep up the good work guys.

GoogleCompany did not send me a booking confirmation to see a house, then when we didn't turn up (because we didn't know where we were going) they called me, and quite rudely told me it was my fault and were adamant they sent me a booking confirmation. Unwilling to take responsibility for themselves. I would urge anyone selling there house or looking to buy, to stay away from these time wasters.

It is unfortunate that you did not receive the viewing confirmation email from us which can sometimes appear in the junk or spam folder, but we would always invite you to contact us if ever you were unsure if an appointment has been confirmed. Nonetheless I do not feel that any of our staff would have been rude to you and going by our other social media reviews this goes against other peoples experiences, and our own expectations of treating people how we would like to be treated ourselves. GoogleIncompetent staff. The "letting agent" knew less about the house we were look I at than we did. This was then followed by the director Gavin suddenly always being out of the office when we called to talk to him. Terrible service and rude approach to dealing with clients. I WOULD NOT RECCOMEND. Go to another estate or letting agent to avoid disappointment.

Good Afternoon Christopher, I am sorry to receive your negative comments. As you have raised these publicly, I feel that we should have the right to respond in the same manner. You state that the viewing agent knew less about the house than you did, however you were invited to attend the office and discuss any queries with our Lettings Manager, Gavin. There were no property related queries, however you raised some queries regarding your own circumstances that may affect your ability to proceed with the property. Gavin advised that he would discuss your position with our landlord client directly, and report back to you, which he did within 48 hours after the initial discussion on Saturday 18th August. It is important to remember that whilst we have a high duty of care for all of our tenants and prospective tenants alike, our "client" is the Landlord of the rental property that you were applying for, and as the paying customer we must carry out their instructions. We will not air publicly the reasons behind this decision as that would be unprofessional but I am more than willing to discuss this privately with you and would invite you to email me personally (tristan@branocsestates.co.uk) to discuss further. I do not believe that our staff have acted in an "incompetent" fashion and have merely carried out their duty to our client, and so would request that you kindly revoke any personal remarks. Please do not hesitate to contact me if you wish to discuss further and I am sorry that on this occasion we could not proceed with your Tenancy application.
