GoogleI had been trying for over a week to organise a viewing on a property at a rental property in Midhurst, that the agent on Saturday said that although they managed they would not be showing me around as it was not local to them. Fine, no issue here. They advised that they were waiting on the tenant to come back to them with availability. In a phone call on Thursday to confirm a viewing time for Saturday I was again advised that Branocs were still waiting on the tenant "due to them working" to come back to them. I again called today to be told that the property had now been let! Amazing, considering I have been trying to get a viewing for a week, waiting on the supposed tenant that the property managed to let! The standard as it seems per the reviews, I will pass your comments on t Gavin our manager who is out at viewings at the moment. Incredibly disappointed, put it this way, if someone needed a letting agency or estate agents I would not be recommending Branocs. Very disappointed.

GoogleBranocs have been amazing, whenever I have phoned up with a problem or a question they have always helped me straight away or given me a time frame in which they would be able to find out and get back to me. Can't fault them at all!

FacebookWhen we spotted our perfect next home on the market we needed to sell our property quickly to secure the offer. From the moment we got in touch with Tristan our house was on the market and sold in the space of just 2 weeks. This was our second home and so the process of buying a house was still fairly new to us, but the team went above and beyond to keep us fully informed throughout. It also helps that they’re all very friendly and down to earth people. We can’t thank you all enough for helping us make the move to our new home and if we ever make another move in the future you’ll be our very first call.

GoogleThey wayyy over charged us for our leaving fees, blatantly lied to us about pricing and what needed doing, me and my friend felt pressured into accepting their deal as if we had no other choice because we are young and they knew we didn’t know how to fight our case. Even tried contacting them about this after and got no reply.

Tristan showed us round both the property we ended up purchasing, and another a week before that, and on both occasions was friendly and knowledgeable about the properties we were viewing.

GoogleNothing really much to say other than don't use these estate agents. Constant lies throughout, pressurising us to get a house that we didn't want, shouted at me down the phone when I called him out on his lies. Absolute time wasters talks and good talk but certainly doesn't walk it. Best estate agents in the area they call themselves what a joke....

GoogleViewed a property this week which was nearly 500k, the estate agent bloke lacked enthusiasm and was constantly clock watching and we were told we only were allowed 15mins for a viewing. This was a disappointment and would be more of a more concern to me if I was selling through them if this is how they treat there potential customers!!!. AVOID
