Tenacious in getting answers when solicitors didn't answer emails/phonecalls from me. Thanks Danielle for taking all my phonecalls and doing your best to have an update for me each time! Sadly found this company to be highly disingenuous. No issue with my credit check no issue with my income, paid my holding deposit. Thought the room was secure. Hear nothing for over a week plan to move, suddenly called with zero explanation and told the landlord ‘just wanted to go with someone else’. Later discovered many individuals had given a holding deposit for the same property! Fair enough but be transparent about that. I have since gone with another local company and sailed through with them being open, upfront and genuinely caring towards their clientele. Also they advertised a room with All Bills Included- went and saw the property and there was a separate meter in the room where you are charged an extortionate rate for electricity! This has been a terrible experience for me as a first time renter, the worker I dealt with talked a convincing talk to get me to part with my money! Beware they just don’t care 😫

GoogleI can't speak highly enough about Your Move in Keighley they are the best letting agents I have ever used and would definitely recommend them to family, friends and anyone wishing to rent a property. From the moment Evie phoned me to say I could put in an application for the house, I am now renting, she kept me up to date with the process and it was a pleasure to speak to her, nothing was too much trouble and she was very efficient, knowledgeable and friendly. I must also mention Harry and Jade who were also a pleasure to speak to when Evie was away, they sorted out any queries I had in the same manner as Evie had done. It is very rare these days for people to phone back when they say they will but Evie, Harry and Jade were always true to their word, even with the property market being so busy, which means so much. Well done Your Move for employing such a lovely team in Keighley.
