GoogleYour move keighley are working with dodgy landlords with appalling properties in the bradford and keighley area namely james the branch manager and Lewis the young boy. We paid upfront a month's rent and holding deposit and deposit. As we facing a section 21 eviction we had no choice but to agree on this property but when I saw it the next day I found a door that lead to a cellar which is full of damp and mold my partner wasn't aware of this during the viewing as the agent was standing right in the way of this and was not mentioned or visible. So we terminated the contract immediately without spending any time at all in this horrible property but they and the landlord Haider Ali will not return our money. I have now taken this to court. The communication is appalling and I find these people a absolute disgrace who take advantage of people in difficult situations. They rented the property back out the very next day! For a month free that I paid for probably scumbags. £150 less a month I got told. Where i live i can see this property and im glad i didn't stay there as it seems there are neighbours who love to light a fire in there garden and pollute the area a little bit more. I will get my money back! Steer clear of this incompetent theiving branch of clowns.

I rented a flat in the beautiful Whitton area for more than nine years, and they took exceptional care of us throughout. Whether it was contract renewals, maintenance, or any other issue, everything was handled promptly, often on the very same day.

Although my YourMove branch staff were very efficient and approachable during the lettings process, my experience of the Full Management service has been abysmal. I would advise extreme caution when considering using their service.

Tenacious in getting answers when solicitors didn't answer emails/phonecalls from me. Thanks Danielle for taking all my phonecalls and doing your best to have an update for me each time!
