I've been with Your Move for a number of years now and I have had a good relationship with them whether it's sales or lettings and they have been really good at looking after my interests. In the last year I have had some challenging times and I have had to rely on Your Move members of staff to give me help and advice which has been really helpful. I can thoroughly recommend them.

Excellent service

From the valuation to the property being sold the staff were all extremely helpful. We had quite a few problems throughout and they did everything that they could to support both myself and our buyer. It was touch and go whether our sale went through in time but Kirsty was so helpful doing everything she could, even persuading our developer to let us have access to our property early. We would 100% recommend.

Just had a good experience selling my property in Denholme through Your Move. They looked after us each step of the way to ensured they found the right buyer for my more unusual property, being an old mill, which was only partially renovated. The sale process was quite seamless and James was always on hand to deal with any issues in order to get the sale finalised.

Your Move Dartford… a good move!

Sold our flat through YourMove and overall really happy with the service. Estate Agents, generally, can have a bad rep so we were a little dubious, but Tom was our first point of contact at the Dartford branch and was so friendly, down to earth and very complimentary of our home. Tom was receptive of our feedback when it came to how we wanted to market our property, from the photos we wanted to capture, right down to price.

I recently left Rightmove due to ongoing communication issues and staff shortages. Despite James, the manager, doing his best, I often found myself calling with no one picking up. One Sunday, I had a valuation scheduled, but the estate agent never turned up on time for the customers. I ended up showing them around the house myself, not a problem for me, but definitely not how it should be. It’s clear that they are struggling with staffing, and James has a tough job on his hands. While I commend his efforts, the overall experience made me realize that good service and reliability are essential when selling a property. “A big thank you to James for his efforts in assisting me. He did his best, but you can only work with what you’ve got. Wishing Rightmove every success. My advice: staff training and follow-up are key to long-term success.”

Could not have sold without them!

I recently sold a leasehold property with Your Move Whitton. From early days valuation and subsequent viewings to accepting an offer and completion, the communication and support from Alan and his team was outstanding. Kasia & Alan worked hard to ensure that the process was as smooth as possible and that the sale kept moving to complete quickly for myself and my buyer. I often found out more from them than I did my own solicitors! They really do provide an essential link and without their chasing up on matters arising, the sale would still be ongoing. A mention must also go to the other members of the team, Anish, Ashton & Shahid with whom I had interactions along the way, they were superb and a pleasure to deal with. I cannot recommend Alan and his team highly enough.

Lewis is brilliant. Very approachable, goes above and beyond to help and maintains great communication. He really seems to care about your circumstances. As an adult with high functioning autism, a house move can be one of the single most terrifying experiences. Lewis was sympathetic toward the things that are a struggle for me as opposed to someone who isn’t neurodivergent. He gave me all the space I needed to get done all the daunting paperwork in my own time with the help of friends and was never pushy or demanding, unlike some past experiences I’ve had with estate agents. I had contacted them about renting a house. Two days before moving in, they rejected my application based on a misrepresentation of a material fact. They wanted to retain my holding deposit, but they returned it after I threatened to sue them. They are a waste of time and poor services too.
