GoogleWe recently moved house using Your Move Keighley as our agents. They were brilliant from start to finish and very responsive, particularly considering this year has been so busy for moving house. Our chain fell through at the start of May, but Kyra and her team managed to get a new sale for our buyers (who were also with Your Move) and push the whole chain through to completion before the end of June. Poor experience from moving in to moving out, 4 years later. Avoid!!! Poor communication, they do not care about their tenants and tell lies. The process in getting your deposit back after moving out is a joke. 9 weeks to be precise, after numerous phone calls and emails.

Susan returned for her regular inspection of our rented property. It is good to have the continuity of the same person doing the work. This way 'The Story' is clear in all our memories. The inspection was professional with minimal or no inconvenience or improper intrusion. The report was comprehensive, reflecting the comprehensive manner in which the work was done. It is an added advantage that Susan has a bright, positive and engaging attitude.

GoogleAs a Landlord I instructed Kevin and his team recently to market and sell my house and the whole process was extremely satisfying - they acted with professionalism, courtesy and their communication were always timely. Even when there were 1 or 2 hiccups on the buyers side and it looked as though it may fall through, Kevin kept the deal on track and managed to secure the sale through to completion. Would thoroughly recommend.

Julia listed the property with a guide price of £74,000 and sold my property today for £94,000. I am overjoyed at the sale and blown away with Julia and the team at Your Move. I would highly recommend booking Julia in to value and sell your home. You will not be disappointed.

Although my YourMove branch staff were very efficient and approachable during the lettings process, my experience of the Full Management service has been abysmal. I would advise extreme caution when considering using their service.

Really disappointing landlord service from Brighton branch. They never respond to queries even if you chase them. It’s like they just can’t be bothered. Avoid.
