Re Sam Jones. It is good to have this delightful, proactive and very understanding lady in our midst.She came in to a very i n d i f f e r e n t community of residents who had been receiving half-hearted service for 2 years, from temps who were busy with their own Anchor Hanover establishments. We took little notice of her, expecting nothing, but her cheerful, kind personality soon won everyone over. She is proactive and listens to everyone, and soon their repair, or problematic situation is dealt with very efficiently. When I had to move to a downstairs flat in October 2021 she helped me with every aspect of my move. She has no "age" attitude. We are an active, busy community, who are out and about a lot and have interesting lives. Often, in the past, we would feel bewildered at being treated as if we were an institution-like community of old dears, being spoken down to. So it's been nice to have an Estate Manager who communicates with us on an even level. She's been tactful and diplomatic in solving an issue that existed here - with a very good outcome. We are all in agreement that we are very fortunate to have Sam Jones here at Hanover Court in Hythe, Hampshire.She has only been here for a few months but has made a world of difference to our situation here.

It’s early days but so far I cannot fault anything at Timken Grange in Northants. Compared to my mum’s last residence it is far superior in terms of the comfort and cleanliness, the staff have all been very friendly, efficient and above all, spend time talking to and caring for the residents. It’s an uplifting experience to visit mum now in such a lovely positive environment.
