Sale of Wokingham maisonette

The sale of my maisonette is clearly not a plain-sailing process as the first sale fell through because the buyer was misled by the mortgage advisor about the construction of the maisonette. Thanks to Beth Murphy and Matt Reynolds that, the second (cash) buyer was soon found. We had been kept informed by Beth of the sale, moving the process along and constantly keeping us updated all the way even though responding in late evenings, Credit also goes to Matt Reynolds who advised us after the first sale fell through. I rented a flat under prospect for a year and have recently existed due to person reasons however prospect were nothing but informative and helpful in the exit of lease. our property manager was Vicky Crispp and during the course of the tenancy was nothing but helpful, she arranged with the landlord new sofas coming to the house due to our old ones being broken, she had the extract fans fixed and was very speedy in helping us get our deposit back due to a delay from the landlord. I would like to thank Vicky and prospect for all there help while I rented the property and say thank you for all the support they gave when existing contract.

Prospect: helpful at times but slow and uncommunicative at others

Prospect is renting a property in Frimley (Camberley) to us. We found that at times when we needed to pay money or they needed us to do some paperwork urgently then they were very quick to communicate. But when we needed something from them such as a broken Goodlord link making it hard to complete our references, then they were unable to help. They were also very slow to produce the tenancy agreement and I had to call to chase them up several times, then they expected us to complete our steps quite quickly. However, we have managed to get to the point of renting and everything else has gone fine. In particular Edward Joslin has been helpful in giving us the information required to rent the property.

The best property selling experience

We came to Prospect following a long and arduous journey of not having sold our family home for the last 6 years. From day 1, Beth was there to listen to us and provide us the reassurance that she will get the sale completed. From tailoring the viewings for us and finding a secure buyer everything was done smoothly with impeccable communication. Post move encountered an issue with the moving company leaving a fitting behind, once again Beth was helpful in organising communication with the new buyers for retrieval.Overall I couldn’t recommend Prospect enough to anyone looking to move in the Wokingham area.Will certainly look to obtain services from them in the future.⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I had a somewhat epic chain with my sale and purchase and everything was going along as expected until it wasn’t! Beth came into her own at this point and grabbed it with both hands. She absolutely stepped up and went above and beyond in terms of chasing, calling, emailing. She did way more that the other agents involved in the chain and I’m now comfortably settling in my new house! Something I don’t think that would have happened if Beth hadn’t been prepared to herd all those pesky cats for me! You only know how good someone is when things go wrong…. Thanks Beth!
