Paid a holding deposit on a property but didn’t sign a contract. Spoke to Ollie Payne who confirmed I would receive this deposit back as we didn’t sign a contract however it’s been over 6 weeks and I have still not received this despite numerous phone calls. Have given my bank details to numerous people on the phone with prospect and have been waiting on an email from ‘Chloe’ for weeks. Very very disappointed as I was expecting Prospect to be a reputable agency however would not recommend this to anybody.

I can highly recommend this agency and in particular Edward Joslin. He has been so helpful from start to finish with helping secure my new home. I couldn’t thank him enough. I’ve been renting privately since I was 17 and I’m now 50. This has been by far the best experience, and there have been a few, that I have had.

Nothing was too much trouble, including several viewing requests for family to view/measure up and take photos for me. GoogleI am happy to pen this positive note for Prospect who've assisted me all the way from property search, leasing and management. The property leasing process was highly streamlined and digitized. There was hardly any manual paper work during this process. Post lease, the property management process has been equally efficient. A quick call out to Beckie Baxter, who is our property manager. GoogleI highly recommend Propect what an amazing service. From the first contact right through to exchange of contracts they were outstanding. Ricky who came to value our property was very informative in what were the positive selling points of our property but gave a fair valuation, this for me is honesty with providing realistic expectations. Throughout the process of viewings the team always kept me updated well on feedback and it felt like we really worked together well in finally achieving an offer that was acceptable. It doesn't stop there, after we accepted an offer we were assigned our move manager Angela who was absolutely fantastic. She worked so hard to ensure excahge of contracts to suite all parties. She probably had many moves to manage but made it feel we were the only ones due to her work and constant contact. She was always availble and I truly believe due to her hard work we are moving in the time we and other parties wanted. I would like to make a special mention to Charles, Adam and Jordon but the whole team are amazing. Thank you Prospect, if I ever move again you will be my first call and I will highly recommend you to all.

What an outstanding service from start to end. It’s been a long ride, but throughout we have always felt like every member of the team at Prospect is ‘on it’. The communication has been outstanding and the team have been really proactive in getting everything over the line. Matt was the first member of the team we spoke to at Prospect and has remained our key contact throughout, he’s somehow managed to either take every call we make to him, or at worst, return it before the day is out. Michael and Beth have also been wonderful - providing cover if Matt is away and making sure we’re constantly updated. The whole team have been incredibly polite, helpful, efficient and very effective - I can’t recommend this agency highly enough! Thank you all for your unwavering support.

Michael and the team at Prospect have extensive knowledge and expertise, which is applied meticulously to ensure they get the right outcome. Having worked with Michael on a recent property sale I can say with confidence his approach to the sale process, knowledge of the local area, competence and communication style allowed for he to feel comfortable that I was in good hands.Due to unforeseen circumstances the sale was not quite as smooth as we all had hoped but he never wavered, dedicated to working hard with me and potential buyers to ensure we achieved the right price from the right buyer. I've used Prospect twice now to sell my property and would 100% recommend them. Beth Murphy did the initial valuation and was my contact throughout. Michael worked out of hours to put forward and negotiate offers. Beth went above and beyond to help get our chain to exchange and I honestly don't think we would have got over the line without her help. She dealt with a particularly tricky solicitor and kept me informed on developments in the chain throughout the process - constantly chasing all parties. She was fantastic! I can't rate her highly enough and by extension Prospect.

Oliver understood perfectly what our needs were, he was proactive in searching and advising, he went out of his way to find a place for us that would accept our dog as well. I could list many more things he did, but the most important one was... he was there every step of the way, making it easy for us in a chaotic time for moving. GoogleWant to give a big thank you to Rikki and the team at prospect in Bracknell, we want to say how great full we are you taking on this sale after the 1st estate agency failed to sell and wanted us to drop the price of the house making it easier for them to sell. We then contacted you who advised us and put us in the right direction and has continue to support us with this really difficult challenging time. You have all been amazing and Communication has been 2nd to none, you are all extremely professional But also very personal, and that has made the sale a little more less stressful for me and my sister and mum. Losing dad was a really hard time for us all and this being his last wish to sell the house was something we needed to make sure we got right, and without you we would of never achieved that. I've now been with Prospect for almost a year and have also switched tenants in between. Emma, my property manager has been fantastic. I've hardly had to worry about my property which is exactly what you want as a remote landlord. She also helped me with arranging contractors for the works carried out in between tenants. In her absence, Julie was also very kind to help me out. One area where I think prospect could improve is managing backups while the property manager is away. The landlord portal doesn't give a notification that property manager is away. I only found out after I'd sent email and received OOO reply. It wasn't also clear to me who to reach out to when Emma was away. So I had to make multiple phone calls to ensure everything was in place for tenant transition. There are numerous ways this could be solved and I hope prospect will take that on.

GoogleI have let my property with Prospect for almost two years now and despite being contacted by other agents I won’t move away from Prospect. The service I receive from the team, particularly Agnese, my property manager is absolutely exceptional. I live in Australia and with the time difference, communication could be challenging but not with Agnese - she returns every single query, email, request within 24 hours and never drops a ball. I am also thoroughly impressed with the team working so effectively to get the property re-let when the tenants moved out recently. Callum was brilliant, calling through their database to book viewings and communicated with myself again by phone and email regularly. I haven’t had to lift a finger to arrange check ins and outs with my preferred company, Agnese will arrange this on my behalf despite Prospect not benefiting from this. THIS is proper customer service. If you want to let your property out with an agent you can trust to do the right thing, not simply do the bare minimum and only go the extra mile when they’re making a fee then I’d highly recommend the Prospect team! I wish I could give 0 stars. For a house we rented in Reading during 2022-2023, I've never experienced such incompetence in all my time renting. Parking was written into the contract as being included in a private parking space, however despite our asking if we needed a permit, we were told to "park for a few days and send us the tickets if you get any, we'll sort it". Later, they not only denied having said that (despite my getting the agent who said this to acknowledge it in writing), they then turned incredibly petty and refused to do their job to maintain the property. The garden was an absolute dive, the whole inside of the house had mold (house was never cleaned before we moved in), the upstairs landing had a massive crater you could fall through to downstairs, and despite months of pleading with them to fix these issues they just kept making promises they never fulfilled. Absolute shambles of a company and terrible property managers (I'm looking at you Chloe Hoptroff)
