A massive thank you to Michael, Matt and Beth. Excellent communication through the entire sales process - each one of them went above and beyond to help us through the journey; from viewings, to checking on how things were progressing and the great advice each step of the way. Truly felt you were all in our corner working to accomplish this. Customer service is excellent with Prospect and I would highly recommend this company when selling or buying. We cannot fault Prospect at all. I first made contact with Harry Pangbourn through the Bracknell lettings office. The staff member on the phone asked all the right questions in the most efficient manner, gaining the relevant information from me and made an appointment for Harry to visit. We had an idea of what we felt a tenant might pay to rent our property. Unlike two other agents, Harry was extremely enthusiastic and felt we could achieve a certain price due to its unique location. Coincidentally, we both came up with the same figure, which somewhat pleased us. The other agents suggested a much lower figure. Needless to say we trusted in Harry and gave him the opportunity to let the house for us. Harry was professional and engaging, following through with everything he promised! An absolute pleasure to deal with and a credit to the company. Once marketed, we had two offers at the asking price within the week. In fact one offer was for slightly more than we asked! The tenant took residence around 6 weeks ago and since then, our communication with Beckie Baxter, the Prospect Property Manager has been excellent. Well done to all involved at Prospect - thank you!

Avoid at all costs

The initial service was good. Decent pictures were taken of the house and it went on the market quickly. We were pressured into taking the first offer we had which was £50,000 less than asking price. The agents knew we wanted a quick divorce and fully took advantage of this fact. Once we (begrudgingly) accepted the offer we did not hear from the agents again. I left countless messages which went unanswered. They were slow in providing any response to the other solicitors in the change and I ended up managing the communications myself. Even on completion day, they were nowhere to be seen and I ended up handing the keys over myself to our buyer. Absolutely shocking service. Try Bridges instead.

Really good letting experience all round

We just rented a property via Prospect. Normally, we get led around in a rush when viewing rental properties, but the agent in this case was really good and took the time to show me around properly. Once we decided to move forward, Stefano was great in the office, helping to get everything signed off quickly as well as answering questions in a very friendly manner!
