Purchased a property through Prospect dealing with Adam and Josh. Both very honest, open and easy to get hold of.They squeezed more out of me than I wanted to pay for my property, which is good news for their vender and they stepped up and helped progress and coordinate my sale where my estate agent should have been taking action. Going that extra mile helped save the chain from collapsing.Would use if/when I come to sell.

I’m not someone who tends to write reviews, however on this occasional I feel the need to praise the professionalism, confidence and determination in an agent named Beth at Prospect’s Warfield branch, although I was not directly listed with Beth, she was involved in my chain and was just a pleasure to deal with throughout the process and I highly recommend her, she truly went above and beyond to make sure the deal went through smoothly.

GoogleWe have been renting our home for some time with Prospect and over the years it wasn't always clear who our point of contact was. Recently our contact, for any issues changed to Beckie (Bracknell branch), she emailed us and introduced herself letting us know this. We recently got in contact with her regarding an issue and she was very friendly, swift and professional with her approach and response. I moved to Prospect from another Agency last year after a complete refurbishment of my flat ready to let and I am so glad I made the move! I am particularly impressed with Agnese and the way she is managing my property, very efficient, always cheerful and very helpful. I have recently visited my tenant who also echoed my views and is extremely happy with the assistance she has received from Agnese.

Mr. Kurt (agent from Prospect) has provided us very quick and 1-to-1 exclusive service and helped us find a nice apartment very quickly. He was there to clarify our queries and confusions and always ready to help by directing us to the right people when he is not around or busy in meetings which were really helpful. Overall I am satisfied with the experience that I had with Mr. Kurt and Prospect as a company until now.

Our current managing agent is Beckie Baxter who took over right as the coronavirus pandemic took off. She inherited a whole load of issues that our landlord has been dilly dallying over and she has been so understanding in getting these resolved as quickly as possible as I have been heavily pregnant and then had a newborn so she really sympathised and understood my frustrations. The difficulty with being a managing agent is you can only act on your clients (the landlords) instructions but Beckie manages to make me feel as if she has our best interests at heart whilst maintaining her professionalism and duty to both the landlord and us as tenants. Her communication is excellent and her positive and upbeat attitude is always lovely to deal with.

GoogleIf you are looking for an apartment to rent don't waste your time with the prospect. The comments below show that the sales team is ok, while the rental team is terrible, especially a man named Charlie. He wasted my time and was very rude the whole time, always promising to call me back, and he never kept his word. I will never take advantage of their offers again.

We have been looking at properties to rent and/or buy for most of 2020. Lloyd and Sebastian at Prospect were phenomenal! They continuously stayed in touch and sent through properties which were in line with our requirements. Now we are in our property, our property manager Melissa, is a God send!! Easy to get hold of, always in communication and understanding to any issues we have had. Feel extremely lucky to have her as our property manager.
