I have recently had the misfortune of viewing a rental property via this agency.They are unprofessional and dishonest with appalling customer service. I agreed to rent at the asking price and have not had a response weeks later. I am aware that they are still having viewings on this property. I can only conclude that their ultimate motive is to see which potential customer will offer the highest price.Highly unethical, avoid.

Throughout my property search for around a year I’d say, I’d always try and avoid asking Prospect for help, due to the attitude that Anna Elema has. I understand everyone has their own way of speaking but her tone of voice is always rude, like she doesn’t like her job or likes speaking to me. Very much off putting to be honest. On the odd occasion she sounds okay but most of the time it’s like she’s had a bad day and shows it too! She basically refused to help me since I’m looking “too early” for a property, as a person that’s on your database and a potential client shouldn’t you just help anyway?!!. I’m receiving help from other agents in the area so I don’t understand what the issue is. Looking for a property, especially in my circumstances is difficult enough, I don’t need someone with an attitude like that to just put me off, on multiple occasions. It doesn’t take much to sound more friendly, you don’t know how someone’s day is going before they call you.

These guys are a bunch of sharks - they hide behind a complaints 'process' that involves a Director, assessing a colleagues performance (needless to say their colleague in this case was also their friend). With a little more than 2 weeks until the occupancy date, the landlord, who was also the Area Manager for the letting agent, decided to inform us that their new property was not available, they had to delay their move, and we would not be able to take up occupancy. At no point were we informed (in writing or any other means) that our occupancy was conditional on the purchase of their new property going through. More worrying, they were unable to confirm a date that this would be resolved. We were ultimately left homeless as the landlord at our previous property had already let the place that we were living in (as one does?). They offered absolutely no support in sourcing alternative accomodation, noting that the property market was a tough place to be. Funny thing that - we were experiencing this first hand. At least they had a home to go to when they were done with their day jobs. They also did not offer an ounce of support for any additional costs, of which there were many, which effectively forced us to pull out of the deal. The also insisted that this was entirely our choice as they would love to have us as tenants, how selfless of them. Throughout the lettings, contracting and complaints processes, we were treated like the 'other party'. They exhibited very little care or regard for our wellbeing and absolutely everything they did, was done to protect the landlord. Their mate. They always fell back to the fact that there was no contract in place, and a holding fee had been paid (once again to protect the landlord), but we were welcome to back out of the offer.Needless to say, the complaints process was an even bigger waste of my time. They called us liars, saying we had been informed of the conditions of tenancy... nonsense. To be honest, I was not suprised by this outcome - with a conflict of interest such as this, it is expected that they would behave with impunity and without integrity.I will never rent from you sharks again, Prospect Lettings.

I can not praise Paul , Beth and Connor, from the Warfield Branch , enough. Their commitment to helping me move home was 100%. My house sale feel through a couple of times , through no fault of theirs, and each time they were straight back on it enabling my resale to take place with in a week each time. They where friendly yet professional at all times , keeping me informed of progress regularly. I am so grateful to them for their guidance and support. Great service

This is my second property through prospect and they’ve literally been a dream to deal with. I told them I wanted to move and within two days I had a call back from Charlie in the Bracknell office who had a property that aligned to everything I wanted. He kept us informed along every step and made the whole move so much easier than anticipated! Lily, one of the property managers, has also been amazing at always making sure issues are resolved in both our old property and our new one and actually has everyones best interest in mind!

Wow. Yet another disgusting level of customer service where I have been labelled a bully when in black and white I was given an email CONFIRMING my check out/end of tenancy date only to be told by the Head of Property Management, Joanne Kay, that THEY have made a mistake. After this email I was assured of my end date and have organised alternative accommodation for which I am glad of as things still haven’t been done as promised after 10 months of being in one of their MANAGED properties. Also told me that 100% of the rent goes to the owner which we all know is rubbish as they get commission from renting these properties. Also having looked backed at my agreement I see I was charged when they are not supposed to be charging people now. Absolutely SCANDALOUS. Do not waste your money with this company as they simply do NOT care about you as an individual.

We were tenants at a property managed by Agnese Rees and the service she provided was excellent, especially during our last months of tenancy. She quickly replied to all our emails and arranged with the landlord for our tenancy to be extended when we realised that it would have taken us longer than expected to move into our new property. She was always on top of all the maintenance issues we reported, arranging for them to be fixed in a timely manner.

Prospect and Beth Murphy in particular, did an amazing job in my search for a new home. When a purchase with a different estate agent fell through in December 2020 I contacted Beth with my requirements. Beth had one property coming on the market that week which she was sure would suit me. She was so right, it ticked every box. Within 12 weeks I was able to move in to my new home.If you want an estate agent who will listen to your requirements and work to ensure a satisfactory purchase and I would also suggest sale, then I suggest speaking with Beth.

I recently put my house on the market with Prospect Estate Agents in Warfield. Paul came to value my house on a Thursday and listed it for sale on Friday. By Tuesday I'd had 4 viewings, which resulted in a full asking price offer. All of the staff were very helpful and friendly. I was then contacted by Beth who was the person over seeing the sale, again, very helpful and friendly. I have no hesitation in recommending Prospect.

I have always been impressed with Prospects services. Dani Smith has recently become my property manager and it is so nice to have someone managing my property who responds quickly to any queries and lets me know if the tenants have any problems. Recently a contractor gave quote for a call-out and as it was a little higher than usual, Dani called me first to check if it was still OK to proceed. I very much appreciated that as it shows great initiative !!

Prospect have been great in helping me purchase my first home. They were very prompt and helpful in arranging the viewings. They recommended their own partnered solicitors who were great at driving things forward. I did experience a period of delay after I submitted my offer as I went a while without being provided an update or being advised on any progress or next actions. That said, I was soon assigned a super pro-active transaction coordinator in Amie who was great at coordinating all the comms for all the parties and keeping me up to date. Calum, Cameron and Jordan from the Bracknell agents were all great as part of the process. Would highly recommend and will look to use Prospect again in the future.

Prospect have been managing my property for just under a year, and as I work in education I have been incredibly busy during the pandemic. We were assigned Dani Smith, who has been patient, yet relentlessly following up on enquiries due to my not responding to phone calls or emails on time! Dani has worked incredibly hard to organise both gas safety and EiCPs as well as the recent renewal. Dani has remained professional throughout and I cannot recommend her highly enough.

I moved in to my sheared house about 7 months ago at first I was worried due to never being on my help but the help with Prospect its made it so much easier for me.The one person that has stood out to me is beckie any problem we have she is always hot on her heels to help and get the problem solved :) we have been given a new set of cleaners after telling beckie the last were not good and in a matter of weeks she was able to get someon in for a deep clean and get new cleaning in that are so friendly and do amazing job. Im very grefully we have people like beckie to help us all out and make living in our homes a lot better

I have been attached with Prospect Estate Agency for a year now, my account being handled by property manager Beckie Baxter and assistant property manager Dani Smith. I have just completed my rent agreement contract renewed for another year now and it's needless to say that I am extremely pleased with the promptness of both Beckie & Dani every single time regarding any query/ issue/ action raised and they have dealt it with utmost politeness at the same time.
