I have been dealing with Prospect Estate Agency for more than 5 years, buying and letting properties in Bracknell. It is a great working environment, professional and nice people, experts of the local market and always available when needed. Out of their team, I have been communicating regularly with Beckie Baxter, Senior Property Manager. Beckie absolutely wonderful to work with. She is very friendly and really care about her clients. She keeps me updated on any changes in the market and continuously maintained a satisfied client over a number of years. She is honest and after dealing with several other brokers, I am luck to continue working with her. I wish her and the Prospect team all the best in future.

I had 3 viewings last week with Charlie from Wokingham branch. He was polite and personable and allowed me to look at properties at my own pace without putting me under any pressure , just pointing out important features at the properties . The fact that I did not choose any of the properties we viewed in no way reflects on his professional skills. Indeed, it’s in large measure due to his courteous demeanour I would be happy to come back to Prospect again should they have more suitable properties.

My experience with Prospect has been excellent to date. I currently have my apartment up for sale and so far the process has been managed really well. Grace in particular has been really good on all the house viewings, she's very considerate with people viewing our place and keeps me updated throughout including once the viewing has ended and feedback afterwards. My little boy has taken a shine to her so has affectionately called her 'Grace House Lady' and she's always so great with him!Although our apartment is still up for sale, with how I've been looked after my Prospect so far, I'm more than happy with the service and would recommend anyone to use for their sale/let/purchase.

We recently sold our house and bought through Prospect in Warfield. I cannot praise the staff there highly enough. They were all flexible, helpful and prompt. Our client manager, Beth, was exceptional. She was flexible in fitting her calls and e-mails into our working lives, gave regular updates about the process and her attitude and service was superb. She was approachable and friendly in all of our communications and it felt like she was personally invested in the success of the move. I would highly recommend using Prospect and would in the future if I could bear moving again!

When I visited the flat to look around, I was wearing a mask which meant I didn’t realise how dusty it was until I’d moved in. The surfaces were sticky, soft furnishings smelt musty and were covered in dust. The fridge had mould growing in it (not obvious until it was turned on and the smell gave it away) and the inside of the shower unit had mould all over it. Black mould came out of the shower head when turned to one of the other settings. The washing machine also had mould growing in it and I can’t get the mouldy smell out of it. When I complained about it, I was told that it has been ‘domestically cleaned’ and I just needed to leave it in the same state when I moved out (not sure how I’m expected to grow the mould back?!)Numerous things were broken: 2 of the taps on the bathroom had water pouring out of them (they weren’t when I visited the property). The balcony door didn’t open, the shower leaked and one of the cisterns was leaking into the toilet. The hob smoked when I turned it on and the switch for one of the extractor fans was missing.I moved in on a Saturday and tried to contact the Prospect maintenance department immediately to report the issues but no-one picked up. Again on the Monday, I couldn’t get through to anyone until I went into the offices and was given contact details of someone who, yep you guessed it, didn’t pick up. It wasn’t until the Wednesday that someone finally contacted me. When I complained, I was told that I would get a call from someone to discuss who rescheduled it over the course of 3 days and eventually stopped bothering.I’d never rent from Prospect again and am automatically discounting the idea of buying a flat that is marketed by them. AVOID.

We used prospect estate agency in Maidenhead to buy a property that we really loved. It was a pain for us to get hold of the seller, however the agents at their Maidenhead branch were very helpful and thorough in getting hold of the seller throughout the buying process until exchange of contracts. I would want to thank specially Ryan, Jordan and Betsy for all their help, support and professionalism in helping us complete the process and going above and beyond. We would definitely recommend them to our friends and family. Thank you again to all of you!

When I asked for help from Prospect, Sasha helped contact the landlord immediately and gave me constructive suggestion on adding a break clause so as to make it more flexible. When I raised up questions or requests, her reply is always prompt and reliable. She is very professional. Thank you.
