I have been renting a property from Prospect for the last 6 months and I need to say that the customer service is amazing. From getting detailes about the property before renting, to making a really fast appointment for viewing, to all the paperwork part. After getting approved to move in, the senior property manager, Agnese, was always in touch with me. She helped me a lot after I settled in the property, provideing a good communication between renter-agency-landlord. Easy to reach, fast at solving issues. Thank you.

In terms of property management I would rate Prospect 5stars, Agnese manages my property and has been wonderful. She has been so attentive to our questions and dealt with maintenance immediately; always following up to check everything has gone to plan. Agnese also eased all of my concerns around moving into the property when communication had been minimal from the landlord. I have removed 1star based on the service to rent my current property as I found the letting agents to be slow to respond and not forthcoming with information; quite often leaving us unsure of next steps.

I rent my flat as a landlord and I have always been very impressed with the service I receive. What I always appreciate is the prompt reply of e/mails and also if there are issues to attend to, contractors are always contacted quickly and things sorted out. This is beneficial to the tenants too. Over the years many things have changed for the better and I like the way Prospect change with the times and think of things that benefit both the landlord and the tenant. Would I recommend Prospect Estate Agents to friends and family? Absolutely.

Have been very happy with the service from Prospect since I moved away from the area and started renting out my flat in Bracknell way back in 2011.It's reassuring to know my "portfolio" is in good hands since I live on the south coast now and can't manage the property myself.Have had a few excellent account managers over the years (looking at you Samantha, Chloe, and Chira) and the latest (Beckie) has set the bar even higher.Faultless customer service, great communication, and efficient - what more can I ask for (other than no monthly fees)?Keep up the good work, looking forward to another 10 years peace of mind!

Taken 8 months for the Property Ombudsman to rule that this disgraceful, bending the truth, say what they want you to hear company to be told that they were in the wrong.PLEASE, PLEASE, PLEASE think twice before putting your property in their hands, or giving them money to supposedly act on your behalf with renting one, for then them to do a VERY bad job, of a thing that I am sure they have lied and said they would do their best for you.They will just do the absolute minimum to get their commission each month, which they denied to me in black and white email, just to get your money.They even tried to lie about me to the Ombudsman that I bullied them when all I did was action something that they gave me again in writing.STAY STAY STAY AWAY from this company.

I have been with Prospect Estate Agency as a tenant for the past 2 years and I can undoubtedly say I have never been so happy and satisfied with the customer service they have provided me with every time. My property manager is Beckie Baxter and she has been phenomenal from day one to immediately provide a solution to my queries/ requests. Even when there were delays due to the COVID situation, Beckie had continuously been following up on the issues and trying to give the best solution as possible. Recently, there was a need to modify my contract renewal pattern because I won't be able to go for a yearly contract for some constraints. Beckie immediately picked up the problem and on the same day she discussed with the landlord and resolved the issue. I can now extend my tenancy on a rolling month-by-month basis. I can't thank her any more for this immense help!I really appreciate the level of good work Prospect Agency and the team are doing.Thank you very much.

As a landlord, I have let my property successfully through Prospect for several years without any issues. The property recently came up for renewal, and Beckie Baxter liaised with both the tenant and myself to find the type of tenancy which would suit us both best at this time. Beckie explained clearly, concisely and professionally what this would entail to both parties, and we were happy to move forward. Beckie has managed this property on my behalf for some time now. She is always professional, courteous, friendly and quick to respond to any issues either I, or the tenant, may have.

GoogleBad service in Bracknell office. I contacted them for lettings and was frustrated by the whole process. They struggled to confirm basic details such as fee breakdowns and leasing t&cs! We found the team to be very immature by lying to cover themselves and decided not to let with them - would recommend other customers not to bother also.
I am sorry you feel that you have received bad service from our Lettings department. We are fully transparent with all of our fees, as these are published on our website and are readily available upon request. With regard to your request for a copy of our Tenancy Agreement, until you are fully proceeding with one of our rental properties it is not our standard procedure to send this out, however this was sent over to you. Unfortunately the landlord of the property that you registered initial interest in was not negotiable on the rent. I would be more than happy to discuss this further with you, as I have been through all correspondence between yourself and my team and have been unable to find evidence of you being lied to or mislead. Customer Service is very important to us and I would like to get a full understanding of your experience, so please contact me on my direct line 01344 207 410.

I am a cleaning service provider for Prospect, especially for Beckie Baxter who is a pleasure to work with. I find the communication and service from her to be exceptional, she is both organised and efficient, with honesty and a sense of humour (necessary when dealing with certain aspects of property cleaning!). She maintains excellent communication with me, both verbally and via email and keeps me posted on progression of several jobs at once, always on the ball and with a polite and friendly attitude. I wish Beckie every success and hope to maintain a working relationship with her for a long time to come.
