A big thanks to Paul Wickens who was there from the start and made sure the photos and marketing showed the house to its best. Thanks also to Calum Radcliffe who advised on the pricing strategy and kept me updated on viewings regularly, and to Adam Selzer-Williams who secured the eventual buyers and negotiated an improved offer! We have exchanged today and after an extremely stressful week, Aimee has been an absolute god send! She has been on hand to listen to me vent and dealt with issues we were having straight away! He even sent properties he thought may be of interest that were being sold through other agents! On the day we viewed the house we ended up buying I phoned the office to see if they thought it was worth worth price we were paying. Cameron spent a lot if time talking me through the prices other houses I'm that road sold for, the different in square footage compared to our property and even advise what would be a sensible offer! We have exchanged today and after an extremely stressful week, Aimee has been an absolute god send! She has been on hand to listen to me vent and dealt with issues we were having straight away! I would like to recommend and praise the amazing service we received from Beth from the Prospect office in Warfield which carried throughout the whole process of purchasing our first home. We have a property that is managed by Prospect. Like most companies I look for the 80/20 rule whereby we all strive for 100% which unfortunately is not achievable due to many variables. What is important is how and when the 20% that does not meet expectations is rectified. Prospect for us overall have done an amazing job over years with many teams; they have the 20% philosophy to rectify the challenges that have not been met. Hazel Sims is one of their stars.

Not your average estate agent…breath of fresh air

Paul and his team have a strong knowledge of the Warfield area and have a super friendly style of working with their clients, which is a breath of fresh air as an estate agent. They worked above and beyond to get our sale and purchase (even though they weren’t selling the house we bought) across the line and took at lot of frustrated calls from us on their shoulders and become our sounding board for things that happened within our chain. We would highly recommend the team to anyone buying or selling in the Warfield area.
