Before meeting Bethany I was very nervous about finding a house - I had all these ideas and dreams of my future home. I was also worried about the stress of dealing with this all alone as I have no partner and I was looking into my first home. However, after talking and meeting with Bethany I felt reassured and confident that together we could find the perfect home. I felt Bethany truly cared about me and was passionate about helping me find my dream home. Most importantly, I felt at ease with Bethany’s upmost professionalism, communication and overall friendliness. I always felt better knowing I would be greeted by a smiling Bethany throughout this process. I never felt left in the dark and actually felt empowered by Bethany’s support. I really felt that this was a team search for my dream house which I greatly appreciated and this is what I wanted. If anyone ever says they are looking for a future home I insist that they HAVE to work with Bethany Murphy and pass on her details to them. I would not trust anyone else with finding a house. Bethany, I am forever grateful for you and I Thankyou a million times over!

I have been dealing with Prospect for more than 10 years, as I am currently working aboard and letting my property. I am also buying a new family through Prospect as sole agent due to satisfaction and trust. I have excellent relations with many employees of Prospect including Beth Murphy, who greatly assisted me with the new purchase and Beckie Baxter on the letting part. Doing everything remotely, they make everything easy through viewing, feedback, and advice on the various stages of letting and purchasing. I am very pleased with the services received from Prospect team and will continue working with them in future.

Prospect sold my house a few months ago. It was a long, at times stressful process. Adam Selzer- Williams impressed me as he was so full of enthusiasm, friendly and helpful. Calum Radcliffe was also very professional and patient. He composed some good emails on my behalf when negotiating and without him I think the sale may have fallen through. We completed the sale on our house on Friday 24th September. I can certainly recommend Prospect if you are selling a property. Disappointed

Very disappointed with the Sandhurst office. We were missold a property. On accepting our offer, we were assured there would be a chain of 3 , including us, as the seller would be moving in with family. Wrong !After a call from my solicitor confirming there was a chain of 5, I was again reassured that the seller would move out and live with family, rather than hold up the process. Wrong again!The seller was not willing to break the chain, which we understand, and was unaware of what we were being told. After the chain broke at the top, we sadly pulled out, disappointed that we were losing our ideal property. Please, tell the truth! If circumstances change, then communicate!

This is actually a split review. Beth Murphy from Prospect in Warfield has been amazing. Found us our dream home and we couldn't be happier. This is especially relieving because we thought we'd found our dream home previously. The issue was with Prospect Bracknell. Adam Selzer-Williams was a disgrace. Rude and basically telling us that we wouldn't get a house through him if we didnt use their own conveyancing firm. Tried to be intimidating. Also we found out from a seller that not all offers were actually put forward.Basically, if your with Beth in Warfield, great! She's a pleasure to deal with.Adam in Bracknell, stay away! Shouldn't be allowed to deal with people.

The whole experience from start to finish has been painless. Paul Wickens from the initial valuation all the way through to exchange has been impeccable. His knowledge of the market and recommended price was spot on!The team then worked with my instructions to the letter, asking price, no offers, ideally first time buyers to avoid any chain etcFollowing a couple of days of site visits, the team had a number of offers at asking price, working through each buyers situation with me and agreeing on which was best to meet my requirements for exchange ASAP.Paul's tenacity after I accepted the offer to get exchange in place was nothing short of perfect, chasing buyer, their solicitors, updates all along the way.Would I recommend Paul and his team, yes, no question.

Great lettings team, highly recommended

This is the second time I have used the lettings team at Prospect. Having worked with Jordan last time, I already knew I was going to get a great service. Not only did the team find suitable tenants very quickly for me, but they were vetted well, and I was kept up to date at all times. As a new landlord I was looking to work with a team that knew what they were doing and one that I could trust. I was always kept informed of any changes and the team were super friendly and helpful. I have been very happy with the service I have received from the lettings team. When my previous tenants bought their own place, I was sad to lose good tenants, but I need not have worried, as Harrison had put my house up on the market as soon as we knew and within a week, I had secured new tenants with full reference checks and at a higher rate. I have been nothing short of impressed with the team. I highly recommend them to anyone looking to use a lettings team in Maidenhead and won’t be going anywhere else!! What a fantastic team!

Had an absolutely awful experience over…

Had an absolutely awful experience over 2 years whilst renting via Prospects in Bracknell. From day 1 lies by their consultant saying work had been completed and carpets changed as agreed prior to move in to find nothing had been done, taking 4/5 weeks to address any maintenance issues, 5 week wait to get a washing machine fixed. Check in reports not done properly and having to been done again with correct information of damage / cleanliness of move in. I would recommend you do NOT use this agent as it will only result in dissatisfaction and painful frustrated journey.

We had used other estate agents in the past and were not very happy with them, no feedback from viewings etc so we decided to try Prospect. They have been very good at their job with feedback from viewings plus they have been extremely helpful whenever we had questions and got me the answers very quickly. The price quoted to put the property on the market was, in my opinion, the right one and they managed to sell my property at over the asking price within 7 to10 days. I hope we have found our final move but if not then Prospects can expect another call

While searching for a new place to rent when I return to the UK after a business trip, I stumbled upon Prospect after receiving no response from other agents that I've tried to contact. I was looking for a property around Bracknell and Maidenhead, when I decided to contact Megan to inquire about a property in the area. She was quick to respond and accommodated my request to have a virtual viewing. She made sure I got hold of the video and walked me through the letting process with ease. Megan also made sure to accommodate our other requests and helped us communicate properly with regards to the requirements to the landlord. I'd definitely recommend Prospect Bracknell branch if you are looking for a property to rent around the Berkshire area. They make sure that you receive every document that you need to sign the lease and their staff are very courteous and easy to deal with.

Saffron has been my rental manager for a while now, We have been though a few ups and downs with the apartment, eg floods in the apartment bathroom getting new tenants Maintainance and last week she orchestrated the renewal on the apartment for a further 12 months.In all this time Saffron has made things happen, and got the problems sorted ASAP, in a very upbeat and professional manor.I’m very pleased to have her as my property manager and you should be very proud to have her representing your company. We purchased a property through Prospects at the end of April. We were shown around the property by Adam who was excellent, very friendly and really earnt his commission. He was able to show us the potential in the property and we are very happy here. We then dealt with Paul, who was very helpful and friendly. We were introduced to Aimee who would oversee the sale. Aimee was excellent throughout, quick to respond and to pass messages between us and the sellers. She was always friendly and understanding.The only downside of using Prospects was the sales pitch of the conveyancing team to use their recommended solicitor. We were misled by the information given, and were told that our solicitor would be working for both the buyer and the seller which would speed the process up. We learnt that this was not the case. The solicitor that we used (Melia Mumford) needed a huge amount of chasing and created some stressful scenarios during the purchase which needed to be chased up by myself and Aimee. Overall, we had a positive experience with Prospects, but I would avoid being sucked into using their recommended solicitors and go off your own recommendations. We were first time buyers so learnt a valuable lesson! Thanks again to Aimee and the rest of the team.

Our house sale was handled by Prospect Bracknell branch. From the start, we have dealt with Joshua Holt, who was great- very professional, polite, and to the point. We value our time and Josh concentrated on evaluating our unique property and explaining the process, rather than giving us long sale pitches as some agents do.His valuation was the most accurate and achieved us the asking price. We were then supported by Aimee Smith, Transaction Support Coordinator. Amy was an absolute star- she was the one chasing dates for us, making sure all parties communicated efficiently. Although there was a chain on the buyers' side, Aimee was in constant touch with all interested parties, solving issues, chasing paperwork, findind solutions. Ross Hobbs - Our wingman for the sale of our house

My husband and i have used Prospect (Reading) for a good 8 years now whilst renting out our property and when the time came to sell it, we decided to stay with Prospect to ensure we had consistency and i cannot fault the team.During a worldwide pandemic and uncertain times, the whole sales team have been nothing short of excellent under covid restrictions. My heart goes out to Ross Hobbs though, my wingman. After Prospect found us a buyer, i was handed over to Ross for the overall sale of the property.
