Superb Professional Service!

I first came across Prospect Estate Agents when deciding to sell our property in Reading. They seemed knowledgeable and professional, and had a good presence in the local area.Marketing was quick and efficient with superb communications. I was always notified when viewings were arranged. The property was tenanted, and Prospect co-ordinated viewings directly with them, and kept me in the loop.Once we accepted an offer, Aimee (Transaction Support Co-ordinator) got involved. She took a very pro-active role in overseeing the whole process - from liaising with the buyer, chasing up queries and nudging the solicitors to keep things moving.Having Amiee as the Transaction Support Co-ordinator was a massive help! She was always chasing someone (in an efficient and helpful way!). Without her persistence, items get overlooked, forgotten, or just left on the pile of "things-to-do". Ultimately, thanks to Aimee, everything went smoothly and the sale is now complete.Overall, I would highly recommend Prospect Estate Agents for both buyers and sellers. Having used many estate agents before, nothing comes close to Prospect. It's a huge benefit to deal with such an efficient and professional company.

I would like to express my sincere thanks to Melissa Fisher Miss ,The Senior Property Manager of Prospect Property Management.As a new comer from Hong Kong, we come across a lot of difficulties and need to put a lot of efforts to adapt to the new life here.I know Melissa about 10 months ago when I moved in to this home. Good Experience

Good Experience working with Prospect. We bought and sold our house with them and both the process was super efficient just like all of their staff. I would like to special mention Michael Sharp and Aimee Smith who were dealing with our case and they are really nice people. They always made sure that we are aware of each and every step of the process and things are moving forward at good speed. There was hardly anytime I can remember when I have to follow up with them as it was always these people coming back to us with updates. Beth Murphy Prospect Estate Agents

We were in contact with Beth Murphy of Prospect Estate Agents as a buyer of property marketed by Prospect. Although we were not Beth's client she made it clear that she would update us regularly throughout the process - and she did just that. This was very helpful as our own lawyer was not a great communicator and having additional input helped to monitor the sale/purchase progress. It also clarified issues and allowed me to intervene with my lawyer when necessary as I was aware of both sides of the story. This clear and regular communication from Beth was an essential element in helping us get through the uncertain system of buying a house in England. As a result of our experience with Beth I would certainly consider using Prospect as my sales agent in the future.

Credit when credit is due.

I will complain when required, but I am also the first to give credit when I receive good service. In fact, good service should come as standard, but these days it's very rarely received. Great service is what should be applauded. This is what I receive from Becky Baxter. I have been a Landlord for many years now and Becky has always quick to report any issues with a property. I am the last guy who leaves behind any feedback but in this case I am delighted to do so. I am a professional portfolio landlord over 10 years now. I have so far managed tenants handson and hence I understand the complexity of Tenancy laws and landlord responsibility. This is the first occasion I have handed over my Bracknell property to Prospects under all sorts of apprehensions to fully manage. Beckie Baxter has been super friendly and supportive with her assistance with our rental property; we have found her very warm and you do not feel like an inconvenience asking questions as other agents in the past have. She’s really fast to respond and send communication between ourselves and the property owners. Top Class Estate Agent

We have recently sold our house through Prospect and the service was fantastic from start to finish. We dealt with Josh, Alex and Kirsty whilst the property was on the market and they were all friendly and helpful. They were extremely quick to respond to any enquires and the house was sold within a couple of weeks. I think where Prospect really excelled was once we sold the house and had to work with the solicitors to get the contracts exchanged. Aimee was our contact at Prospect and worked tirelessly with ourselves, our buyers and our solicitors to get everything through. She was absolutely fantastic and was completely focussed on getting our sale progressed. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Prospect and if I needed to sell a property again they would be my first point of call.

I must say if you are thinking renting…

I must say if you are thinking renting with Prospect agency please DON'T. When i came for the apartment viewing the agent agreed with everything i asked. It was very important for me the apartment to be pet friendly, the agent confirmed that on the viewing day. I must say the behavior from all agents was very arrogant. I also required a dishwasher or be granted to buy and install one, the agent mocked with me, saying that i didn't check the property properly and there was one already ( there wasn't a dishwasher) in my room we didn't had lights and the electricity plugs weren't working, half of the apartment was without lights or electricity plugs not working. The electricity made many of our white goods totally fry also laptops and mobile phones. After constantly calling and asking to be fixed finally after 6 months they send an electrician. After they managed to fix the electricity we had a black out and days without hot water and gas heating, it was winter time and super cold. The toilet was licking and they "fixed it" after 11 months and the toilet sit it's barely staying on it's place, no one is bother to fix it. There is either miscommunication between the agency and the landlords or someone here doesn't care about basic human living standards. The last thing that happened, ( i couldn't bring my dogs before because of covid ) i finally managed to bring my dogs, before i did i emailed the agent to inform her and for her to inform the landlord that i will bring my dogs, she replied to my email that such thing was never granted from the landlord. Before my contract ended, agent gave me a call if i want to extend the contract which we agreed to continue month by month because they are selling the property, i spoke with the same agent to speak with the landlords about me bringing the dogs, i was asked what kind of breed they are and when i told her they are small dogs and they have their age and they don't do much these days, sleeping most of the time she said she can't see a problem or why they wouldn't approve, so when we finally got to the point where i was about to bring them she asked me if i have this permission somewhere in written, all of a sudden no one remembers this conversation. I am putting in writing here that i will never ever rent with Prospect anymore and i will make sure everyone i hear who wants to rent with you not to

Keagan Impey, purchase of a house in Wokingham…

We recently bought a house in Wokingham for our son. We had the very good fortune to have Prospect in Wokingham as the sellers Estate agent and more notably Keagan Impey as our main link. As one of the sales team Keagan could not have done more for us had he tried. Despite representing the seller Keagan treated us with the utmost professionalism. He was friendly, courteous, helpful and at times went out of his way to deal with our needs. Nothing was too much for him. During the sales process, he arranged for us to visit the property on several occasions, despite complications getting keys. He responded very quickly to our requests, notably where others were not inclined to do so. He made sure that the seller and their solicitors took action when there were frustrating delays and he made sure that we were kept fully updated. Keagan was the lynchpin in our purchase and to be brutally honest had he not been so very helpful and accommodating we would have withdrawn from the purchase in other circumstances. A very personable young man who fully understands and acts upon customer needs. A credit to Prospect Estate Agents. Thank you Keagan.

Before meeting Bethany I was very nervous about finding a house - I had all these ideas and dreams of my future home. I was also worried about the stress of dealing with this all alone as I have no partner and I was looking into my first home.
