Amazing Service!

Alex from Leaders was excellent from beginning to end, he got me in super quickly to view the property for myself after viewing on the 360 (also a great perk!) very responsive to emails and questions and made my moving in experience so quick & easy! I spoke with other members on the Team in Leaders too who checked in on me throughout, great team work and you can tell they really care about their clients. Would 100% recommend Leaders!

Excellent customer service

From the moment I met Jolanta, service manager at Leaders Northampton, I found her friendly, warm and knowledgeable. Even taking the time to make friends with my muddy dog. As a first time landlord, Jolanta has helped guide me through this process, answering all my questions no matter how small or silly. She also went over and above for me when I needed it in order to move the tenants in on time, and all this over the Christmas period. I can't rate her and her customer service highly enough.

Although Sarah had difficulty finding a tenant for the property she and Joe persevered and, after a rent drop, were successful. Meanwhile they they kept me well informed. However, the then transfer of responsibility for producing a Tenancy Agreement to a different part of Leaders is probably more convenient for the company than it is for its clients.

We’ve recently moved to Birmingham from London and after having dealt with a multitude of dodgy agents we really came into the Birmingham market extremely cautious and not knowing what to expect. We had an amazing letting agent Louise Kulczycki, who really went the full nine yards for us. She was responsive, flexible and super supportive. She has a wealth of knowledge about the area which was a huge plus and gave more details than we could ever dream of! We were able to decide on a property quickly and the process was refreshingly smooth. I strongly recommend them to anyone I know planing to move in the area or considering relocating to Birmingham.

Happy Renters

Currently in a rented property, through Leaders, and I have to say the journey has been a very positive one.Staff have always been very pleasant and helpful, answered all questions we had, even handed us a little welcome box and Xmas card when we collected the keys :)Our Property Manager, Gemma, is a diamond, she ensured an issue was fixed for us just before Xmas and cannot thank her enough for doing her upmost to get that resolved.I feel confident we will have a good relationship with Leaders.

Excellent property management service

Claire Page has provided a brilliant property management service after the property owned and let to a tenant by my wife supposedly developed 'problems' in a bathroom.Claire was extremely quick to react to the situation, involving water seeping from a bathroom, source, shower and bathe problems poor insulation and associated mould; also affecting the below kitchen ceiling. The company she initially approached to investigate this and come up with a remedial price was the senior company used by Leaders and they came back diagnosing dry rot and presenting a frankly prohibitive bill. We were facing having to sell the property to an investment buyer - no doubt at a huge loss because the mention of 'dry rot' will naturally encourage any buyer to go for a cheap 'under market' price knowing that the vendor is at their mercy. Claire went many more than one 'extra mile' in sourcing an extremely reputable and efficient alternative who carried out a full property inspection with his team - in effect, discovering that there was NO dry rot at all - merely a smell associated with damp floor planks and seeping water for which he proposed and costed a plan of action that was absolutely fair; affordable and enabled us to keep the house rather than selling at a huge loss in these difficult financial times.Claire has also performed an extremely valuable service for her company in rooting out an instance of at the best, misdiagnosis and at the worst, sharp practice from the firm's senior contractor. This will enable Leaders to offer an up to date service to clients and review their existing arrangements with a firm that certainly in this instance has not offered a good client service. She has potentially saved Leaders reputational damage. Claire manages these difficult situations also with the minimum of fuss the maximum of efficiency and in such a way as to not upset the tenant who is happy, co-operative - and has renewed their tenancy! We are delighted with the service that Claire provides and she really is a credit to the company.

Been waiting for weeks and weeks for keys for a rental house that we know everything is ready for us to move in. I have a disability and have been living in a caravan with no heating or water in -9c temperatures. It’s now the 23rd dec. Leaders Bolton know all this, but do not care. Thank you for ruining mine and my families Christmas. This is the first year Iv had off in 14 years (EMT) and I was so excited to have a normal Christmas with my family. But they don’t care, because y they will all be nice and warm in their homes with their own families.
