TrustpilotThis is the worse acting landlord ever...
This is the worse acting landlord company ever. Left over 4 weeks without any means to cook. Left for over 10 days without hot water. Left for over 5 days without water.. hassled for rent with over 90 threatening eviction e-mails when the rent as already been paid each month. This is a company you need to give a wide birth... not recommended at all.

This is our first time letting our property and Leaders have been great from the initial valuation with Tara to Brooke taking over. Brooke has been so friendly and helpful, she has gone above and beyond to find us the perfect tenants and has always been at the end of the phone for any questions. Thank you ! I would highly recommend.

Avoid Leaders at all costs. They are totally incompetent and professionally negligent . They are only interested in grabbing money and deliver a disgraceful service to both landlord and tenants. They are non responsive to both sides, they do not deal with any maintenance issues, they will try their best to stitch you up through loopholes in their contracts. If I could give no stars I would.

Excellent service from Lillian. I had a traumatic experience with another high street letting agent and was prepared to sell up in exasperation. But Lillian was very patient and professional and Leaders provided an excellent 21st century service and tenants who committed quickly, Lillian responded to my calls and listened to my requests . As a first time landlord I recommend Leaders. They are definitely leaders in their field.
