I want to state categorically here that, I didn't regret coming across the Leaders when I was searching and looking for an agent to come to my aid when I needed an appointment for my family.They are unique in the sense of transparency and accountability in their dealings. I came across the company on line, filled the forms and from there I diligently followed the processes and I supplied all the required documents with my spouse, we got to the final stage step by step but dealing with them, you need to be sincered and submit the right and genuine documents. What baffled me most was that different staff attended to us with the same goals and targets without being pissed off. I really enjoyed the manner of approach, they responded to the mails immediately and they were being polite.As that was not enough, they are still responding to us in rendering services despite the fact that we have moved in, guiding us , direct us to the appropriate quarters if the need arises without delay or being biased.In conclusion, with my little experience with the company and still under them as an agent between landlord and my family, I give kudos to them.

I called Leaders a couple of times to enquire about a property and hopefully get some guidance as this is my first time renting, and spoke to someone called Chloe who was rude and dismissive on both occasions. I also agree with other reviews that they discriminate. No company deserves business with that attitude. Having read some other reviews on here, it seems like I dodged a bullet! Definitely going elsewhere!
