Was stuck in a situation where I needed to find a house asap. I phoned through to Leaders Mansfield and got through to Bethany Seddon and she couldn’t have made my experience more painless. She helped me and guided me through everything and got me secured into my new property very quickly. She was efficient in correspondence too. There were some minor issues in the flat I moved in recently which were sorted out with a help of Alfie, who is managing this property. Alfie was very helpful and efficient in arranging maintenance works. Moreover, the contractors from D C Maintenance, Danny and Charlie, not only sorted out all issues but have done extra work that wasn't planned to make sure the flat is clean and tidy :)

Have recently left a tenancy ran by Leaders Milton Keynes. Was an absolute pleasure living and dealing with them. Daniel Dixon was my property manager and was spot on, kept me informed when needed, helped out a lot and dealt with issues promptly and fairly. I must admit, I was anxious about leaving and Daniel certainly helped to make the transition as smooth as possible. Would definitely recommend them.

This company delayed my tenancy checkout because their own agent was unable to attend the scheduled appointment. Despite the delay being entirely of their making, they then attempted to charge me additional rent for the extra days they had imposed.
