My flat was flooded two years ago and its been a difficult process trying to get the property back to the market and Heather Elder step up to take on the challenge that was initially being managed by a different organisation and she been very instrumental especially in negotiate a refund of monies that were held by a contractor. She is professional, has good knowledge of the business and very understanding qualities that are valuable.

Jack was absolutely spot on. Extremely hands on, always available and quick to respond - I had a lot of questions and normally feel like a burden but Jack made me feel relaxed and that I was definitely in safe hands. Ask for Jack if you want first class service.

I cannot thank Josh Thomas at Leaders, Mansfield enough for his quick response when I contacted him & all the help he gave me & my landlord for the hassle free conclusion to the problem. Had a boiler yearly check on 19th December 2022.There is a blocked pipe from boiler to meter.It's been six weeks I have been without hotwater or heating.I call and email and still nothing They just care about getting your rent and not sorting out the issue
