Don’t use leaders, no deposit returned and it has been 10 weeks and still no sign of our deposit. Staff using out of office or very busy email return so as not to speak to us. Tenancy deposit scheme does not exist for this agency, if you need it for your next property it won’t be available. Have never received such bad service in all the years we have been renting. Having to complain to the industry governing body next week as no accountability at this branch,
