I've dealt with many estate agents and Leaders are by far the most professional, most helpful and friendliest group you'll find. I'm new to the whole landlord experience and I didn't want the hustle and headache that the experience can sometimes come with. I wanted an agent who would be professional, reliable and approachable to manage the property and I found Leaders. I'm so glad I did! Their letting consultant Louise arrived for the first appointment as scheduled, for the second she was delayed due to traffic but she kept me informed the whole way there. She was simply amazing in her whole demeanor - friendly and respectful and I was certain I had found the right agent. She took pictures and marketed the property promptly.Within a week, I had a call from Lorna to advise they had found a tenant. Both Louise and Lorna have been easily accessible by phone and patiently answering all my questions. I am very happy I chose Leaders and I would highly recommend them. They'll certainly be managing my portfolio going forward.

Rented with originally letting shop then it went over to leaders for 20 years in total Viktorija was our property manager I found her to be polite easy to contact, our end of tenancy was dealt with quickly and effectively and whilst managing the property any problem was dealt with professionally and straight away I found her to be a very nice person with excellent customer service.

Absolutely DIRE, would be zero stars if possible.Terrible experience with Rosey Turner, Samantha Elliott and Melika Boyd Hamilton.REPEATEDLY (for a year) flagged an unusable mattress, covered in stains that stank of sh1te to this agency as well as a dangerously unstable glass table (set to collapse at the slightest touch) and have been totally ignored.I’ve never experienced ignorance like it from any other company, I chase and chase and chase to just be ignored.I flagged these issues the week I moved in (over a year ago). I’ve repeatedly chased since and yet here we are. I’ve had to move these items to a separate room and keep the door closed (the glass table is a serious concern as I have a child and the agency know I have a child. I have to make a conscious effort to keep my child away from this table in case it collapses on him), this has rendered one room totally unusable throughout the tenancy.The best I’ve ever had out of any of those named above is “we’ll mention it to the landlord” then nothing, just ignorance no matter how much I chase.I feel the dangerous table in particular transcends this as it has the potential to cause serious harm. An unresponsive landlord is no excuse whatsoever to turning a blind eye to dangerous items in a property.Worst customer service ever, agency doesn’t care, couldn’t recommend less.AVOID!!!

My circumstances had changed and I no longer required the "Fully Managed" service but believed I was tied in to this level by the terms of my Agreement with Leaders. I popped in to see Sarah Newman at the Gosport Office who exceeded my expectations by taking the time to refer my case within Leaders and obtaining agreement to reducing my service to Rent Collection only - Thank you Sarah !

D.Wilmot from this team always got back and chased things through positively. Actually interested in my needs. Paula McCafferty from the Northwich branch has been wonderful. I moved in last year and found out I was assigned to Paula as the property manager. There has been issues of leakages which was attended to, followed by energy consumption issues which was instantly resolved by the property manager paula. she has been prompt and her response time has been great so far. well done and continue the good work Paula.

What an absolute shambles of an operation.They do not know what their own tenancy agreements say and often give contradictory advice. They have often given the tenant incorrect advise and have taken notice from tenant when they should not have done with an incorrect notice period.It is now over 6 weeks since the checkout inspection and they still do not have quotes from contractors, easily done within a week, its a quote not the job.Much much more but it would be pages here. Avoid the NDO as this leaves you stuck with them at the end of the tenancy and they are terrible.

It was our first time as landlords, it was an unexpected decision but as soon as we got in touch with Leaders in Northampton they made the process so much easier. Unlike other lettings agents they met us in person and provided with extensive and invaluable information in relation to renting out our property. Once me made the decision to go with them we were in regular contact with Jolanta in the office, she was always available, even if we left a message she would always call us right back and any query big or small she was always incredibly polite and helpful. I would recommend Leaders to Northampton to anyone who would like to rent out a property.

This company is only interested in taking as much money off the renter as they possibly can by any means they can, beware read the check-in report and highlight everything down to a screw not tightened up properly, they will attempt charge you for it, highlight if 1 blade of grass has not been cut or they will try to charge you for it, in fact avoid this company at all cost or it WILL cost you.

Alex and the team were faultless in helping our family secure a rental property in Hitchin, which proved perfect for our parents who were moving into the area. Communication was clear, arrangements were all very straightforward, and Alex in particular was as practical as he was helpful/supportive in making all arrangements. I wouldn’t hesitate in recommending both Leaders as an agency, and Alex personally as an agent-thank you all for your efficiency.
