I had the worst experience ever with this company. To avoid a 6-hour drive, I opted for an online viewing of a property, during which only the positive aspects were showcased. Trusting their presentation, I signed the contract before seeing the property in person. However, when my rental period began and I arrived at the house, I found it in an unlivable condition: dirty and scratched walls, filthy and foul-smelling carpets, mattresses with yellow stains, mold, and dampness. The overall state of the house was deplorable. Now, the company refuses to cancel the contract and return my money. I understand the rental market is under pressure, but offering properties in such a condition is unacceptable and an offense to those seeking a place to live.

APPALLING SERVICE Leaders Bury St EdmundsI have been renting through leaders for few months now. Because their service has always been great I told myself you know what why not upscale through them. How wrong was I. It is very concerning that even though they have had 2 weeks to sort out the house It was handed over to me in a complete mess. I’m even wondering how they could allow themselves to hand over a place like this. Don’t they have respect for me as a tenant who has never missed out on any payments?- There are broken glasses in the garden.The agency was well aware that I have a Toddler however did not do much to tidy up the area. This is a very serious oversight that could have led to serious injuries and major problems if my daughter happened to step on or swallow those.- The shed is left in an unspeakable condition, Shouldn't this have been emptied out and cleaned?- The grass overgrown and very dirty, Are we expected to live like this?- The property not clean and tidy, the bin not emptied or- Paint is cracking how could this acceptable? When I asked about this one I got told that painting is part of decor. I wonder if I should paint my old house before handing over my keys. Or should I empty my garage, do I even need to tidy up anything?Response to my concerns where quick but the property manager does not know when these will be sorted out.HOW ON EARTH IS THIS ACCEPTABLE. Here I am getting worked up and waiting on my old property report to see what they would pick on and possibly have a major fall out. I have been nothing but a good tenant never missed a payment once And never had issues during their property inspections how could this be ignored when moving me to a new property.

Wouldn't recommend ever renting with them, they are very unorganised and no one knows what they're doing. Only x2 lovely women were able to help me FIX the issue someone caused, I was supposed to get a full rent refund (long story) and it was supposed to come in 3-5 working days. Someone in that office released it so the landlord could receive it which was the wrong thing to do! So I didn't get my refund until a month and a half or 2 months later, and was in a bad situation because of it. The list goes on! don't waste your time with these people.

What can i say.... i rang up this branch in a urgent case of looking for a new home for me and my partner after my old landlord served us a section 21 as they was selling the house and gave us 2 months to move. as you can image its been so stressful and quite emotional time for us in the middle of a cost of living crisis, work and everyday life. BUT as soon as i rang up Leaders at Belper and had the absolute amazing Millie help me find a house, apply and get accepted and mange to get us in the house before our deadline the weight this has lifted of our shoulders is unbelievable . i can not thank you all enough for your support and really fast replies to my emails and questions. again i can not thank Millie and Gemma enough for the support they have given me and my partner in our time of need. i would hate to think what situation we would be in without the help from you all!!

This is the worst letting agency i have ever met.From beginning I have faced lot of issues with this agency. There Property Management Service is WasteThey have separate departments for every system. When I moved in they have not provided any Keys to access meter reading room, no keys for letter box, no proper guidance is received.I've received a heavy estimated bill and when I am trying to reach out to Leaders Property Manager Leon Parker, he is not at all responding to my queries. Its been 2 months I am chasing with him for the meter reading room keys but he is not at all bothered.I would never recommend Horsham Leaders Agency to anyone in future.

Currently going through the rental process for a property in Chester, for which Saskia has been mine and my partners main point of call. She has been absolutely incredible at keeping in touch with us and guiding us through the process making sure that everything is up to date and ready for our move in date. During parts in which we have been concerned due to delays in our tenancy agreement signing (at no fault of leaders) she has reassured us and has kept our minds at ease. She is an absolute pleasure and an asset to the company.

I am very amazed at how unprofessional Mr Abdul from leaders Luton was on the phone because I called to rent a property he spoke down to me laughed on with a loud laughter telling me sarcastically that I can’t afford the property with my salary. He was not ready to hear me kept talking over me was rude and very unprofessional I am so very disappointed to have called and spoke to them I feel embarrassed and anxious I wish I had never picked up that call. Leaders need to train their staff better. Utterly disappointed.

We stayed at the one bed apartment Gresham house. It as very clean very well equipped with the added bonus of an outdoor Space. It is very close to the town the station and the seafront. I don’t think you could find an apartment that has so much going for it. The staff at exclusively Eastbourne are very helpful and answer any questions quickly. We look forward to a return visit next year

-Rented a house for long term when I was pregnant and after 6 months the landlord wanted to sell the house and we needed to move with a little baby... didn't have enough time to move and was a very big stress -today they left a message that tomorrow they will do the gas safety check so very short notice. -we live here about 2 years and they sent an email about we need to pay holding deposit.... by mistakeI am not happy with them .
