Reviews are a big influence for potential customers and a major reason not to use new services or trades if reviews are negative.I have also been dealing with Leaders for many years and yes things have gone wrong and I’m not always patient or understanding when issues arise or situations are not resolved how I would expect.All this said these are a plc who are of many people of different backgrounds and walks off life.I find them always polite, positive and respectful, it’s so easy to be patronising or belittling but as a branch I feel this is a hard branch to find fault in.Well done Felixstowe and please continue as usual.

Brilliant Estate Agent

Leaders have let my property and then sold it over a period of 4 years. They have been consistently helpful, knowledgable and supportive and I would highly recommend them as an Estate Agent. In particular, Adrian Burch at the Beckenham Branch has been brilliant in the recent sale of my flat. He's a highly experienced agent who takes you through each step of what can be a very stressful experience, making it a lot easier!

Very bad experience! The virtual and physical tour showed white goods however the House was handed over without informing that white goods were not available. When asked about that I was asked if I was aware about Facebook Marketplace and I can buy from there!!! The property manager was not helpful for the repairs as well.

Property management - tenant experienceMy experiences with Leaders Cambridge"s property management team, specifically Tikal, have been increasingly positive. After several years of renting the property and facing some unpleasant experiences in the past (which is why I rated the experience 4 stars instead of 5), I now have been allocated a property manager who is dedicated to and good at their job. Tikal has is always responsive to my concerns and is quick in resolving any issues that have arisen. Tikal is knowledgeable, fast, kind and flexible, and seems to be taking the responsibilities of managing a property seriously.

Really impressive service

I would like to recommend leaders team in Stoke on Trent, specially Charlotte. We have a 4 bedroom HMO property in Stoke on Trent, which was previously managed by another letting agency. When I contacted Charlotte, our house needed 3 individual tenants desperately as it was vacant for more than 5 weeks and was advertised on the market by other agency for approx 4 months. Charlotte being extremely helpful from the moment I made my first call and she gave me right advice for letting our property. She communicated well with us and gave regular updates without us chasing up. She also liaised well with our previous management agency and also with our contractors to sort out some issues in our property. In less than 4 weeks all our 3 rooms have tenants and Leaders is going to manage our property in future. The whole process was very smooth and stress free. Charlotte is best in her work and we are very thankful.

Leaders is very much a business

Leaders is very much a business, with a business model. As an overseas property owner I rely on Leaders to manage everything. Most of the time it goes OK. When I visited the office it was apparent that staff are under a lot of work pressure. There is no central person to deal with, needing to communicate with a variety of people for the different aspects of the property management. However, Tikal Betz and Clare Wraith have been particularly helpful and friendly. If in doubt, I contact them and they help sort out my issues. Thank you!

Overly complicated & numerous calls & emails. Terrible

My mother was very impressed with the service & valuation provided by the agent. However the vetting process with Lifetime Legal was a joke. Very poor communication, repeating numerous times requests for documentation already supplied . Rejecting legal documents. I could go on & on, it took weeks!! I am still unsure if this is resolved even though the house is on the market.To be fair I believe this is a separate company to Leaders and the agent was more informative than Lifetime Legal & has raised a complaint with them. I will be avoiding anyone who uses Lifetime Legal in future. A stressful experience all round at a difficult time. Very disappointed

AWFUL PROCEDURE + ROBBED + CALLED…

AWFUL PROCEDURE + ROBBED + CALLED LIARS £265 by ollie + charlie me and my partner enquired about a property and I was completely upfront about my circumstances regarding some things on my credit profile , i believed i have 2 ccjs totalling to around £2-3 hundred, i was told that when i pay them off and i get a guarantor we should be successful with our application , however on further investigation i had a ccj of around 1.9k, we proceeded to pay this all off to get accepted, so we did it & we were sent new app forms by charlie, once i saw the options of clicking "no" or "2 ccjs or more 2k " my partner called charlie who advised us to click "no" however ollie advised me to click 2ccjs, there was no other option and i had no idea there was a 2k cap to being successful, i just trusted ollie with what box to tick, immediately after i called ollie to say I had done it and he told me it was a non goer and we could not get our deposit back of £265 . we have a 7 month old baby who was 6 weeks premature that we look after and care for, now as you can imagine due to his prematureness he requires alot more attention and regular check ups due to having a harder start to life than other babies. So having available funds for transport and making sure he gets what he needs when he needs it is vital- they knew this... my partner then spoke to charlie who advised us we were called liars by the company but ollie know we had been clear on anything, i cant advise them of something i was not aware about.. giving that their calls are not recorded for training - monitoring or even compliance, we could give evidence to suggest that this limit of 2k was ever mentioned to us, we just trusted ollie with what box to tick , not only is this review about miscommunication regarding ollie and charlie, but the professionalism of being called liars and also ollie emailing me back being petty asking us to gather evidence when we both spoke about recorded calls not being a thing even though they are a fca regulated business , this review will stay until we get a fair result from the regional manager
