Your St Helen/ Liverpool branch have…

Your St Helen/ Liverpool branch have been a terrible and disappointing management. Since inception I have never experienced any good out of the business relationship rather it's been all nightmares. I'd soon take this up and make an official report to the necessary management bodies.The property is trashed, 3 out of 4 tenants not paying rent after the first month rent, they are asking me to go and chase the insurance when they have all the details needed for the insurance, they only want to make money and don't want to put in the work or care if the landlord is loosing money.This is the worst experience ever I'd send mails and will be totally ignored no response. My next review will call out names and will make sure to publish and chase this with all I've got.You can't treat people like trash and ruin their business, and don't even put in effort to show you want to help or remedy it.WORST MANAGEMENT EVER EXPERIENCED!

I inherited Leaders when they took over a local agent I was using quite some time ago. The transition from a local, friendly and budget friendly company to a national corporation was not a happy experience. One of my main gripes was the whole host of different people I had to deal with, in scattered areas, none of which seem to be aware of each others actions.

Perfect!

I have been renting properties for around twenty years and can honestly say I have never found a letting agency as friendly, organised and helpful as Leaders have been. Everything was very straightforward, most of the paperwork was done via emails which makes things fast and easy to file. Whenever I needed to ask a question, there was always someone available on the phone to deal with my queries and the thing I liked the most was that whomever you spoke to in the office (even if it wasn't someone you had spoken to before) they all were aware of me and the property I was renting. It is so nice to deal with a company who communicate with one another, it has a friendly, 'family' feel to the office. I would highly recommend

Exceptional Service

I have been renting in London for 4 years now, and to be honest I am not a fan when it comes to Letting Agencies in general. Selwyin was my agent who show me the house I was interested and he went the extra mile more than once to make sure both me and Landlady were happy. I did rent the house I wanted and couldn't be happier. All went really smoothly (which was a blessing since moving is always stressful). Selwyn was fantastic and a true leader! He guided through all the process and made sure I understood everything. He made things so much easier. I honestly felt special, and this is all him. Our application was looked after by Sam Protheroe and she has been amazing! Due to my partners poor credit score, our application was not so straight forward as other might have been however she took the time to fight our corner with the land lord a d help us secure our tenancy. Leaders at Littlehampton...great team especially Gillian!

I have rented my property for 6 years and have been looked after by the wonderful Gillian for a few of those. Gillian is based at Leaders Littlehampton and is absolutely wonderful and whenever I have a problem or a question, she responds immediately. I am really busy work wise but know I can rely on Gillian and she will do whatever she can to deal with any house related queries or issues I have so I don't have to worry...you never have to chase or ask twice!! Terrible service

I have been living in Southampton for 2 months now and my experience with Leaders has been very frustrating. They manage the property I live in, which means all maintenance reports must go through them to reach the landlord. Since moving in our hob has not turned on. We have looked everywhere for a switch, checked our fuse box and didn't receive an instruction manual since living in a brand new flat and no one having used it before. I have reported this issue through the Leaders maintenance app and contacted the property manager directly on multiple occasions, but nothing has been done. Even though they have said they're following this up, we have been left without a working hob for two months. The lack of urgency is unacceptable and when it comes to getting these basic maintenance issues addressed, it is failed to follow through.

What a STATEagent

From start to finish Leaders was a bad experience. When we arrived at the house, the agent turned up a few minutes late and didn't even bother to shake our hand; which to me is a very bad sign.We were viewed the house which was very nice but felt like he knew absolutely nothing and was like talking to a loaf of bread, we had to start a conversation to make it feel less awkward whilst we went around the house.We were then given some leaflets then shown out, we were interested in the house so we went down to the shop and applied to rent. We were informed that we would know within 2 hours if we were successful but had to ring them up to 15 times the next day as they kept saying call back in 30 minutes...Edit.. Estate Agents were in QuornThey say that they treat everyone as equals, but if your young and looking for a nice house you can easily afford, then don't go to losers.

Excellent service and extremely helpful.

The team at Leaders Reigate were fantastic. They gave loads of advice and guidance throughout a house share process which was made difficult through no fault of their own. Furthermore when that fell through due to an unresponsive tenant, after doing everything they could to try and contact him, they showed me properties, negotiated with the Landlord, and enabled me to move in all in one day. Everything was handled efficiently and I am extremely grateful for Natasha and Emma's generosity and professionalism as they realised I was in a difficult situation with nowhere to live and due to start work in a couple of days and they did everything they could to help out. Landlord experience

As a landlord I can honestly say this is the worse letting agent I have ever used. A fully managed service which was not cheap mainly consisted of them finding a tenant (which cost above management fees) and then nothing else. Been left with a property with over £5k damage not checks on the tenant were made whilst there which is meant to be part of the service. They haven’t informed the council or utilities of move in or out dates and now I’m being passed from pilar to post all blaming each other. Absolute shocking company and would not go near again. If they treat the landlords this way god help tenants!
