I had a disappointing experience with Leader's Trust. The service I received over the phone was unprofessional and did not match the positive impression given by many of the Trustpilot reviews. It left me wondering whether the large number of positive reviews accurately reflects the experience of all customers. Based on my own experience, I would not recommend this company.

Ellie did my inspection yesterday. She was polite and very kind. She even reported our water tap valve, as we thought it is just normal because it is really hard to close the valve since we moved in on that place.

Went to view a pre-booked appointment with this estate agents after waiting outside the house way past the appointment time rang to find out where the agent was. And was told probably on way and would get called back that didn't happen or did the agent show had traveled 24 mile round trip to view didn't even get an apology I certainly now know who not to market s house with or instuct for a rental I can see where a lot of these negative reviews come from nowOne word sum up / terrible

Tonbridge are quite rude. I was approached about a letting via email. Few emails back and forth, initially fine, but the moment my wage fell slightly short to 'pass referencing', never heard another word. I got 'ghosted' but an agent, literally dropped like I was infected with something deadly. So my judgement is - probably better if they see money.

we recently has some miscomunication regarding a 3rd Party mid term inspection, and Poor communication (*In fact no communication from 3rd party) despite several emails, Amy Plummer looked into this Personally called to appologise and resolved the issue owning the Problem and not giving in until a resolution was reached, My thanks to Amy for he dillagence and attention to detail and customer support I recieved it was much appreciated

This is one of the worst agencies to go with , they are unprofessional , they lie to you , they say they will call you back and don't call back !!! We gave a deposit to secure the property , they led us on for 3 weeks lieing , we had to withdraw our application to rent , now lost our deposit too ! The worst agency to go with , daisy and Sarah was the two ladies we was in touch with and failed to explain everything clearly , took our money and for 3 weeks led us on with nothing but lies !!! Please don't ever use leaders !!! You will only be messed about !!!
