My son was helped recently by Emily Brooks at the Fareham branch whilst I acted as guarantor. My son was nervous as it was his very first rental and didn’t know what to expect but Emily put him at ease and he told me how very friendly and helpful she’d been every time he had a question - he didn’t feel he was ever being a nuisance!She was very friendly and polite in all her communication with me too. We recently dealt with the sales team at Leaders Western Road when purchasing our new flat. Our experience was very positive throughout and although there was a change of staff initially, each of the people we encountered at the branch who helped us along the way were all courteous, professional and a genuine pleasure to deal with. Our thanks to Luke especially who was only too happy to help with any query, going above and beyond when needed, dealing with matters extremely promptly in a calm manner.. we always had complete confidence in trusting him to get things done. Everything was brilliant up untill we need help with a certain question we wasn't sure about, we phone the estate agents many times and was always helpful however we've now answered a question wrong advised to do so buy the Sudbury branch which had led us to loose not only the holding deposit but the house we had already been congratulated on and recieved the tenancy date, completely discusted in the way me and my partner have been informed and how they went about this situation, wouldn't recommend this company to anyone, they just give you hope take your money and then decided your application has failed, we couldn't be more gutted about loosing a home we was so surely told we had. Shame on you.

Leaders Kenilworth completely useless

We (landlords) originally had 4 properties let with Leaders Kenilworth and due to ongoing gross incompetence at both local office and regional level, we have moved 3 of our properties to another agent over time. These have been the best moves ever. There is not enough space here to list the criticisms of Leaders Kenilworth. Landords "BE WARNED" they are completely useless. Do your self a favour and use any other agent as they just couldn't be as bad!

Stressful experiences, really dismal customer service

Having rented for some 15 years or so now I can say with not a doubt in my mind that the worst experience of dealing with estate agents in terms of sheer incompetence has been with Leaders- by some way, and the bar was low to begin with.They pressure you into accepting their utter rip off 'No deposit scheme', they lie (I was told that it was the landlords preference that I accept on the terms of the NDO- it wasn't), they 've emailed to chase for a deposit well over a week after it has been paid, there seems to be zero communications between departments, no response from there customer care department at all (except there might be the copy and paste response beneath this review!) really confusing emails sent with muddled dates and times. I honestly got to the stage where I thought they were deliberately winding me up. Just an awful, stressful and to be honest depressing experience in a time when things are stressful enough.So really I would say , if you see a letting you're interested in is with Leaders be prepared to be pressured into the NDO scheme, and be prepared to deal with the utter incompetence of some of their agents in communicating simple messages. Personally I will try to avoid any further lettings with this them. Which is a shame because the property itself is really nice.

Great customer service from all the team in Faringdon. We've experienced 2 years with Leaders and 2 house moves. The 2nd coming unexpectedly for everyone involved, but Sharon and her team gave us their full attention, always on hand to answer our questions, gave us plenty of moving options and ensured things ran smoothly and swiftly. We had great help from Michelle and Paige who were always super friendly and approachable during a stressful time. Emily was a delight to work with from day 1. The rental property came available, and having informed me about it, arranged a viewing, and showed me around the flat with the current tenant. Having decided i wanted the flat, the process she put in place was flawless, even with the change of date i negotiated at the last minute. I was very impressed by her enthusiasm and professionalism. I think the only thing she forgot was to tell me to take my passport to the office, but i did not mind the 10 mile round trip on my bike - exercise is good for you!!.

I'm a tenant in one of the properties that Leaders manages. They are always quick to respond and happy to help with any questions or problems as a tenant. Always there for when you need them. Today was no different, after sending an email regarding installing a new internet provider at the property which would require a small external hole to be drilled, Gemma responded within 10 minutes with everything I needed. Sometimes working with Estate Agents can be exhausting and frustrating, luckily for me it was the absolute opposite working with Sophie Howard Manager at the Surbiton branch.
