Don't use this letting agency, especially if you are a tenant!

I had a very bad experience with this letting agency in Great Sankey, Warrington. As a tenant, I would never recommend them to anyone looking to rent in the Warrington area. I strongly suggest considering other letting agencies instead.

Avoid, avoid, avoid! Be aware of the fake reviews and avoid at all costs. I rented with Leaders Sevenoaks for 2 years and they are greedy and incompetent in equal measure. We had been reporting problems at the flat for the duration of our tenure, only to then have to pay for the very same issues we’d been reporting throughout our tenure. Some were serious such as leaks in the living room and some others such as mould. Despite the health and safety concerns they did nothing to address those. Always on the side of the landlord. Their customer service is an absolute shambles, especially Kelly Collins.Avoid if you can..

Be Proud - Property Management

Overall when going through the process with Leaders, everyone has been helpful and professional, but Leon Parker has outdone himself phenomenally with his work in Horsham.Landlord managed properties are sometimes a nightmare. I've lived in three now, and this property has been an uphill battle of reporting to Leon issues with the property due to poor maintenance prior to my arrival. The landlord has left it to a single contractor until now who has left a concerning amount of work around the property in a shoddy state.However, in the last year, Leon has been helpful to me in confirming some of my tenant obligations (which I get rather confused about being ASD) and supporting me to put forward my views to the landlord. This has resulted in a new contractor being appointed, who seems more professional and capable by far already. This shows me that Leon is willing to have the same conversations with Landlords as he does Tenants, in the same impeccable manner.I can't fault how well he has done, but I must add that I have also raised a formal complaint about the landlord. The whole team here are as a whole, and individually brilliant, but these landlords will damage your company reputation, and therefore this review solely applies to the colleagues of Leaders Horsham.My complaint will be handled by head office, and I will leave a review accordingly with them when the complaint is handled.

Excellent Service from the Rentals Team

We have been using Leaders Sutton on the Rentals side as a Landlord for over 20 years. They have provided us with a very professional and a consistently high class service (with a smile!) throughout this period. The last occasion we used them was in November 2022. Jackie was our main contact on this occasion. Her in depth knowledge of the market was very useful and she guided us through the whole process wonderfully well. She is very honest and upfront and tells you things as they are, not what you want to hear! Summer who joined the Company last year was also very good and efficient on this job. They managed to get everything done without delay despite the fact that we were running into the Xmas period. I would not have any hesitation whatsoever in recommending them to another Landlord.

Our experience with Leaders, Hartshill is worth all the five stars and an extra star for Tiffany Whittingham. She was a delight to work with from start to finish. Best Property Maintenance Representative of any Agency

I often have very bad experiences with agencies helping to communicate with landlords and helping out with general maintenance. Tikal from Leaders has completely blown my mind and impressed me above and beyond. Tikal is the maintenance representative for the property I am renting. I reported a critical boiler issue which resulted in no heating near the Christmas period (22nd Dec). Tikal was extremely patient in listening and tending to my issue. She went above and beyond to help us and even did in-depth research for us for possible home fixes while we were essentially waiting for a miracle engineer who works during the Christmas period to show up. Amazingly, she managed to convince the boiler manufacturer to send an engineer down to fix our boiler. She also updated us hourly on the progress and who she contacted in the meanwhile so that we feel more at ease. If you are with Leaders and have Tikal helping you out, you are without a doubt in very very good hands. I cannot recommend Leaders enough for this reason. I hope the management in Leaders gives her the recognition she wholly deserves.
