Best service for housing ever especially with how difficult things are with housing right now. All started with Erin who was very helpful then Saskia took over and topped it with a classy service. There was no way my brother and his family who moved from a different country would have got this house and moved in on the day expected if not for the dedication from Saskia. You guys need more people like Malik

Malik was absolutely phenomenal he really had patience and good advice for me to really understand how to rent my first property. The good pros and cons that I didn’t know before. I now know to a good extreme level thanks to him. Always made me feel comfortable and always repeated back anything I didn’t really understand he told me on a good level. So I appreciated that a lot. We need more people like Malik that genuinely want to help people like me that don’t know much about the housing and letting industry. That want to feel safe and know that what there doing is a good impact on themselves for real. Again thank you very much Malik☺️.

Appalling experience

Sales Manager was fantastic.Lifetime Legal's initial service & their recommended solicitor was appalling so we didn't use their solicitor. Your broker who you referred the Buyer to did not follow up with the Buyer (First time Buyer) so he lost his first mortgage offer because he did not know to pay the valuation fee & had to reapply to another mortgage lender & then change his solicitor to the new Lender's panel. The new solicitor was indolent in the process & took 2 months to familiarise himself with the file & caused more extreme delays sending enquiries that did not apply to us right up until the final day causing ongoing delays. Initially our solicitor with the Buyers first solicitor expected completion end of January so we gave our tenants notice to vacate 18th January but the Buyer losing his 1st mortgage offer only came to light about 7th January which resulted in us having to support an increasing mortgage, service charges & Council tax for 3 months without the benefit of rental which put us in financial difficulty & lost us £2,000 in equity which was small enough anyway. The Move Manager tried her best & was very supportive but most of the time I was more informed & up to date via my own solicitor. The sale was agreed 8th August 2022 & we only exchanged & completed 8 months later on 5th April 2023. This has been the most stressful sale of any property in our portfolio & the only property where we have used an Estate Agent. We sold 4 other Buy to Let properties privately and had no problems with the conveyancing process. To be frank we are highly disappointed with Leaders as well as their associates such as Lifetime Legal & Broker & would urge anyone NOT to use your services.

Helpful staff leading to successful letting…

I have just let my flat for a third time with Leaders of Sutton, Surrey . When I visited the office recently, they talked through the current letting situation and advised rental figures. For the first time Jackie came to the flat and advised me what I needed to do to prepare it for letting. Each time, when I said I was ready to look for a new tenant, they were straight on to marketing it and soon had several viewings lined up on a day that suited my plans and the tenants who were leaving. Summer kept me informed of the open day plans and was at the flat to oversee the viewings. Then Ruth and colleagues considered the offers that quickly came in and helped me decide which to pursue and soon got on with the referencing. I am happy to recommend Leaders to future landlords.

We’ve always been really happy with the service from this branch, particularly Gemma Henderson who always dealt with us, she is really helpful and resolves any issues promptly, she is always lovely and always makes you feel like nothing is too much hassle. I would also like to say how lovely Penny was (I think that was the ladies name, apologies if I’m wrong) she came and did a property inspection with the owners of the property who were nothing but impolite and downright rude, but she remained professional throughout, regardless of their bad manners. Incredibly lovely team

Cannot express my gratitude to all the staff at leaders Poole enough. Zach especially worked really hard to ensure me, my partner and 4 month old boarder collie was able to find somewhere suitable to live.Zach was also extremely patient in regards to my personal schedule and that it was often ridiculously difficult to get hold of me due to shift work. I moved into a property in 2020 & Georgina Naylor, from the Derby team was my property manager, there were a few minor issues at the property & when I contacted Georgina she was very professional & polite in her manner & knowing I was a vulnerable person updated me personally on the progress of the repairs. Fantastic Service

As the tenant of a property managed by Leaders (Spalding), I was extremely disappointed by the way this tenancy was handled. During a dispute over rent, I was contacted by the branch regarding a refund that I had never requested. I made it clear that I did not want my landlord’s rent returned to me, as I understood the issue was between Leaders and the landlord, not me.
