Firstly a representative called about 40 minutes before our appointment to request we change viewing time, which I was completely amenable to. I arrived at the property on time and waited 15 minutes. Eventually a member of their team turned up and asked could I wait a further '10 minutes or so whilst they went back to the office to collect the keys'. I decided to give up on a bad job.
