I wouldn’t know where to start, they are rip off merchants, make stuff up to refuse to return deposits, have excessive “inspections” - any decent reviews are from landlords as they treat tenants like dirt.

I cannot recommend Leaders Estate Agents enough. From day one they have been so efficient, helpful and prompt with responses. It was so nice to have a helpful contact at the end of the phone or email for any little query and peace of mind. The progression team at the Nottingham office are brilliant and one person in particular! (a shame not allowed to state the name!!). Fabulous service :-)

The service was first class from start to finish, all staff were polite and professional at all times, Gemma in sales progression was my star, she worked tirelessly on what was a most difficult sale, both solicitors were a nightmare but she chased and harried them many many times until the job was finally complete I cannot thank her enough and would recommend Leaders to anyone wanting to sell their property.
