Very good serviceLeaders were always very prompt with repairs. I had a query over the length of my notice period being a month in email conversations, but two months in the tenancy agreement, the one month was honoured which was helpful to me without any haggling or negotiation, which shows integrity.

Excellent service throughout,shown properties very quickly on request which enabled us to make a decision very quickly.We love the property but the only drawback is I feel the new tenant should be present when the inventory is being done as there were many items that I would have disagreed on like many light bulbs not working, balcony door unable to open one of them carpets badly stained, we have rectified most problems now ourselves P

We have only been with you for about 4 months but so far we are happy with the service provided by Leaders. The agents have always been friendly and happy to help when we have been dealt with from them. When problems have arisen, we have spoken to our local branch, the contact from them to the landlord is usually quite swift so the problems are solved quite soon after the initial contact with leaders.

I have been with leaders for the past year. I am battling to get service from the Bournemouth property management side. Everything that we ask for needs to be followed up at least 5 times before anything is done.

I honestly regret letting through this agency. It's 23:55pm and I can't sleep due to the emotional and embarrassing situation I faced today because someone would not check or reply an email and do the needful nor carry the organisation's team members in tenancy management. I'm beyond PAINED!

Letting: can’t even book a viewing, unless you want to do all the admin.. do your own searches and then submit the report to them. I’ve decided not to rent from them, if they can’t even do my credit search I have zero confidence that they will help if something goes wrong !

My experience of the company was entirely positive. Acting for me to find a tenant there were unfailingly helpful, professional and friendly. I was particularly pleased to receive feedback after each viewing and when a tenant was selected the administration was completed in a timely and thorough manner.
