I have used Leaders letting agents for many year for my two new build properties. I find them very friendly and effective for getting me tenants quickly and without any fuss or problem. This is very important to me as when a property is left empty nowadays, the landlord will have to pay the council tax for the empty property and I would be losing rent and therefore the income I need to pay my mortgage.

Leaders provide both a professional & personal service. We have been pleased with the way they manage our properties & their thorough process in vetting new tenants. Also during the tenancy, Leaders provide a 6 monthly photographic report on the condition of the property.

The consientious, responsive and most of all friendly team at Leaders helped make my recent home move as seemless a journey as possible. Their easy to use onboarding tenant website has a user-friendy interface, which helped setup such things as council tax, utilities and broadband really simply. Highly recommended!
