Poor handling of the whole process. They lost my keys and blame it on me. They also have a very high staff turnover, which meant no one really followed up on the sales. Over-promising of the sale price and short selling time also seems to be the norm. I raised my concerns but the response was defensive.

Horrendous estate agents. Never fix anything in the property and the one time they did the man they sent was rude an abusive. Staff are useless and have to email them 10+ times for them to listen, even then they don’t care.

Hi Frankie, our apologies we haven't been able to respond to this sooner. It’s a shame to hear of the issues you’ve had when communicating with us, we try to be contactable for our customers and respond as quickly as possible but can only apologise if you feel we haven't been able to do this. It’s not acceptable for maintenance issues to be outstanding for a considerable periods of time and can appreciate if this has been the case why you’d be unhappy, it can be noted that we’re contracted by the Landlord as managing agent to act under their instructions meaning when maintenance issues are reported to us we have to relay these onto the Landlord to seek their instructions and authorisation to proceed. When arranging repairs we use a panel of third party contractors who are all fully qualified and insured to undertake works, due to their third party position we have a service level agreement in place where we set out what we expect from them, it’s disappointing for us to read of the way one of our contractors has communicated with you and can assure you the behaviour you’ve mentioned isn’t up to the high standards we expect. We evaluate our position with contractors frequently and if their behaviour does not meet the standards we expect we are able to address this with them directly. We’d be happy to investigate your concerns around the contractor further and would ask that you contact your local property management team to do so as they will be best placed to assist. All members of the team are very professional indeed; in communicating with us, in delivering expectations and providing services.
