After inputting your name into our system we haven’t been able to find any record of you with us and without looking into this fully we aren’t too aware of the background of the situation you’ve referred to. It can be noted at the end of any tenancies that tenants can potentially be held liable for any damages and dilapidations above fair wear and tear, this would be done through the check-out process at which point proposed deductions can be sought from any deposits held or alternatively costings can put forward through our No Deposit Option. It’s disappointing for us that you haven’t been unhappy with the experience that you’ve had with us but hope the above helps provide some clarity to our processes at the end of tenancies.
