Leading the way!

I have been with Leaders since around 2000, maybe earlier than that. I have always been incredibly impressed with leaders professional approach yet personal service to me as a landlord. (Please keep doing what you are doing as despite the growing market of letting agents, you continue to win my business).If you aren't sure who to go with, they will not let you down. I have always self managed my properties, however they have always given me exceptionally competent and trusted advice. I actually consider them my friendly business partners with my best interests at heart, not just a letting company. Unequivocal recommendation from me.

A Leaders wonderful agency to go with. Friendly, approachable and professional are just a few of the traits I would use to describe the people who work there. Renting a property with them is a straightforward stress free process. Client contact is superb and the willingness to help and provided information is on top form. Excellent Service

Leaders provided an excellent service with my rental and found me excellent tenants. Any repairs or other matters were always dealt with in a timely fashion. They were just as good when I chose to sell through them - professional at all times yet very approachable and friendly. The photos on the property details were the best I have ever seen. All in all they managed both my letting and my sale in an exemplary manner and I would highly recommend them.

A Good Letting Agency

I was very much impressed with the services which was offered by Leaders. I was able to find a perfect place for rent and have recommended Leaders to my colleagues at work as well. I was given proper attention all throughout the process. Really appreciate it. Only downside is the pricing which I feel is on the higher side when compared with 6-7 letting agents in Norwich. Single Application - 300+Vat (I was given 10% discount on this rate). None of them had a checkout fees but Leaders have. None of them wanted me to go for an insurance. It would be worth if Leaders could revisit their costs and bring in necessary changes to be more competitive and potentially become the market leaders.

Brilliant customer service

We've rented two houses with Leaders in North End, Portsmouth and have found them the most professional and trustworthy letting agents out there. They have excellent procedures and the setup reflects well for both tenants and landlords, where in other letting agents, there is usually a bias towards tenants. A special mention must go out to Chris Love of the North End branch. Although the procedures that Leaders have in place are first class, you still need someone to implement them and Chris does this in a way that makes all the difference. Thank you

Brilliant

We have only been with Leaders for a month, and although we have had issues with our house, such as an unexpected leak, lights being intermittent and our water pump going (all by nature/old age, no one at fault), Leaders have been fantastic in the response times of getting these issues fixed as soon as possible! This is something I have never experienced with an Estate Agents before, & I have had a few Estate Agents! They're very efficient, friendly & helpful :) Thanks for making what should be stressful times, unstressful :)

Rude

Leaders in Worthing: Simply rude and disrespectful. I went to see a house for rent and the teenager who showed me the house swore they were going to call me back even if the landlord was not interested in me as a tenant. Guess what? Of course they didn't call back and to see that the house has now been rented I had to check online. Is it really that difficult to call back or even spend 20 seconds to send an email? I will never use their BAD "service" again. Just disgraceful.I know what your answer will be: we give the best customer service and blah blah blah, call us to talk about the problem and blah blah blah. I've really had enough of people like you.
