It's interesting that customerservice @leaders.co.uk were copied in to numerous e-mails regarding the various issues I've had with leaders.They completely ignored me. And now that I've written a review on trustpilot they want to help me by e-mailing them on that very e-mail address?!So, it seems that if anyone has an issue with leaders, it's much easier to get a response from them by writing a review on trustpilot than if you actually contact them directly.

I used to rent from PWR in Mansfield who unfortunately sold out to Leaders ! I had a leak coming through the kitchen ceiling so I contacted leaders as they are now my landlords . After meeting with the guy who owns the property he phoned leaders himself to instruct them to send a plumber , this was at 11am by 5pm nobody had been or contacted me so I phoned leaders and was told it was upto me to contact the plumber and given their number to ring . Phoned them and they were shut ! So phoned again in the morning to be told they know nothing about it but would look into it ! They phoned me back which is more than leaders ever do , and said someone would be out after 2pm . He duly came found out the leak was from upstairs toilet ! He found this out by flushing the toilet and watching it come through the light fittings downstairs also through extractor fan and the ceiling ! He's now gone to put a quote in whilst I'm left here with toilet water all over the kitchen ! Phoned leaders and they couldn't give a toss ! Don't know if this is just the Mansfield branch that's inept, condescending, uncaring, awkward and generally not bothered about their tenants or are all branches told to be this way ! Shame on you Leaders !

Leaders are an estate agent with local knowledge and I have used them to manage the rental of the property prior to selling it through them. I'm glad it's all over!

If you’re after a stress free letting agent, then don’t use leaders. This is for either a tenant or landlord I wouldn’t use these. Multiple issues over the a few years and I can no longer give the a second chance. Very happy to now be free of this agency.

We have used Leaders for 16 years to let a house, and they have always let it quickly and to decent tenants. We like the people there and trust their advice. We rely on them to alert us to new legislation and any defects in the house.

I was offered to visit a one-bedroom just after I came in, so they drove me there. When I decided to take it, things were quite fluid. I especially enjoyed their online services to pay the fees, managing the deposit and the utilities and signing the lease.
