Phoned Warrington branch yesterday and was told the property I was interested in was available. I live in Surrey so arranged for my son who lives locally to view the property on my behalf today (Sat 8th Dec. '18). The proposed visit was confirmed both to myself and my son. My son arrived at the property but the Agent simply didn't turn up. My son rang the branch only to be told the property was no longer available. Very glad I didn't waste time and money travelling 200 miles, but my son wasted time and petrol. I won't use Leaders again. Fortunately I have found another apartment using a different reliable Agent.

Leaders managed my house there contractors did a very bad top priced repair there tenants didn't pay rent for months leaders just let it go on and on resulting in a large sum of unpaid rent I was abroad so that's why I got a repeatable agency I thought hmm and they just let tenant stay free in a house they were managing plus my house got mistreated is to put it mildly and there not interested in any complaints do yourself a favour and find some one better than this bunch of clowns to manage your house had to leave a star because it won't let me leave no stars
