I've always found it moving home to be more stressful than it should be and Leaders helped make the whole process much easier and smoother which helped greatly.They made sure to provide all the necessary information and documents as soon as they were able to, they were patient and attentive in aiding me with anything I did not understand or was unsure of and most of all they were all friendly and made communication easy and comfortable.I would recommend Leaders to anyone moving homes or looking to buy or sell properties for the best service available.

I have been a landlord with Leaders for 5 years in Sutton. Before writing this review I read a number of the published reviews to determine how I might wish to approach mine. Clearly, they get excellent reviews and also some very negative ones generally from tenants / potential tenants. An observation I would make about many of these negative reviews is that they are possibly attributable to the landlord, as the simple fact is that as with many things in life there are good and bad ones. If a landlord does not respond to Leaders when approached on behalf of a tenant, then I do not see there is much that they can do on behalf of the tenant besides continuing to chase the landlord. As a landlord I work hard to have an effective relationship with my tenant and Leaders. Michael Wilson at Leaders took time and care securing a tenant who is a good fit with me. Things work well between us with direct communication where appropriate. Majella Padden deals with any and all concerns I have about property maintenance issues very efficiently and also with dealing with my tenant directly where appropriate. I am very, very happy with my experience of Leaders but recognise that all have to make a real effort, not just the letting company to make a tenancy work well.

Poor customer service! Once you sign the contract and move into the property, it takes them forever to respond to your emails or attend to issues you raise. Their poor customer service often makes you lose more money.

The worst management I have ever dealt with in my life, rude staff, terrible management, and most importantly, the biggest scammers you'll ever come across. They'll suck every penny they can out of your pocket, and will keep adding random and unnecessary costs, specially when it comes to the deposit, they'll take every penny no matter what. Management are also terrible, with disrespectful staff, who are also professionally trained con artists. AVOID.I'm just making sure that other people, specially students, do not fall in such a scam and avoid causing such a mistake like the one I made myself.

I wish I could give zero stars. Did not get to rent with them, but it is definitely for the best. I booked a morning viewing one week in advance. I live 4 hours of journey from Cambridge, so besides train tickets, I had to book a hotel as well for this trip. The latter would have been refundable until noon on the day before check-in. However, the agent from Leaders called me at 16h the day before the 10am viewing to cancel it, because 'they have no access to the property at that time' (???). The agent asked me if I want a booking in a week's time (????) 'but it might be in vain, as the flat could be gone by that time'. (?????) Ridiculous agency that must be avoided at all costs. Not even worth clicking on their adverts.

I appreciate that not everyone’s experience will be the same, some seamless while others manic and chaotic. But this is the housing market, where volitile is the common word. There’s so many issues that can go wrong, and occasionally they do...as seen in some reviews! So take all reviews with a pinch of salt...But as I move in to my new ‘home’ I cannot fault leaders ones bit. They were attentive for all parties involved and was able to accommodate dates and time changes without effort! I can only speak for the Lettings side, but at present, I would not be hesitating to recommend them in the future. Yes the fees are high but you get what you pay for imo! Keep up the good work guys. Paula McCafferty started managing our properties more than two and a half years ago and has always dealt with the tenants and our requests very efficiently. She is very professional and follows up with queries in a timely manner. I always know that if I've emailed or spoken to Paula that I can rely on her.
