Very disappointed not to have received the rental income on 9 of our properties since January, no phone call, no contact nothing. Basically being blackmailed to use them as in the small print T&Cs they want £500.00 per property for us to leave.

Leaders letting agents do not care about tenants! We paid a premium price for very poor service. The house was not in a great state when we moved in and they threatened to charge us for existing damage. They were not helpful when we had issues and their fees are expensive.

Underhanded tactics which is with the ombudsman now. Stay away, they even withheld court documents from us which resulted in judgements made which we were unaware of

Recently saw a property I really liked, ended up calling the branch several times and was promised calls back which never were made. When I did finally manage to receive a call (a week after I'd been trying to contact them) I was promised a virtual viewing which was then never sent. I've been severely shocked by the level of bad service received here and training requirements are definitely needed.
