Haven't had hot water for 2 months now. Leaders in Chichester repeatedly promise to help but do nothing. Alexandra especially has been most unhelpful. Seems like they're happy to treat tenants as inhuman while breaking the law. Will be raising our case to the ombudsman and seeking damages from leaders.

Our tenants did not want to renew the contract with a rent increase, and one was being rude and difficult. Leaders negotiated with them and persuaded them to accept the increase. They kept us informed promptly of the progress. We were very impressed with their knowledge of the market and their professionalism.

All three staff we met were lovely. The lady who showed us round was very friendly and smiley as was the man who gave us our bag of info and freebies (very nice touch, as was the free water!). We were very impressed. The photos also gave accurate representations of the property.
