Just recently moved into my property. Had all documentation prepared and organised given the short time frame. Issue with getting in contact with them via call. Can be quiet difficult to get a hold on anybody. Despite calling the experience was hassle free and the property was in great condition.

I'm extremely disappointed with the service I've received from Leaders so far. I went to view a flat today to buy and I know the property has been on the market for at least 12 months. I place an reasonable offer and Joe, the sales advisor told me he was too busy to relay the offer to the vendor today as he was too busy. Lol!! I feel for the vendor. I'm not surprised the property has been on the market for so long. I will never consider using Leaders to sell my property.However after I call the branch ,Worthing, on some day, Jo called me back and apologised profusely. He said he did mean to ignore the offer but was working by himself that day therefore giving me a realistic expectation. Jo did call the vendor and the offer has been accepted and I am delighted with the service quality turnaround.

Could it get any worse? From lack of communication, problems with contracts, even being outright lied to by the lettings manager; it has consistently been one poor experience after another. I can only hope any future properties I am interested in are listing with other agents; as I'll never use Leaders again.
