Repeatedly getting spam letters in the post telling me that they've found my house on sale and to give them a call so they can help me. The house is not on sale, cannot be found any estate agents as being for sale and yet I am still getting these letters.

Awful experience , was taken over from other agency with our rental property, maintenance issues always took forever to be sorted. Once landlord gave us notice due to selling property, zero support from agency, and after spending two whole days is cleaning and repainting property,they still manage to charge us 100£ for “dusting” a property! Stay away!

What a total and unpleasant experience we are having with these people . Do not go near them for renting I am a landlord and we have had nothing but problems with them since they took over our local estate agents in Boston lincs .
