An incompetent company they recommended a tenant that obviously could not afford the rent. When the tenant stopped paying Leaders could not be bothered to do anything about it. They failed to do the basics they never returned calls and rarely even visited the property.

They promised me cash back for minor repairs after the contract exchanged. Once exchanged played tricks refused cash back. Buch of liars. Overall frustrating experience. I would not recommend.

We believe that when any issues arise that through the use of effective communication we are able to swiftly address these and alleviate any concerns, we of course expect that any issues raised with members of staff will be addressed within a timely manner although I offer my sincere apologies if this has not been the case at times previously. The team in Cambridge are aware of the importance of effective communication.I have had the opportunity to discuss your review with Jamie Ullmer who is the Sales Manager within the Cambridge Branch. Jamie has informed me that prior to the completion of the sale you mentioned you were not happy with some aspects of the property due to maintenance and so it was agreed verbally between yourself and the Vendors of the property that upon completion you could have £100 cashback; as is standard process with any sale/purchase this agreement would have needed to then be arranged through your solicitor and written into contracts. Jamie has advised me that you contacted your solicitor to make them aware of this agreement who then in turn relayed this to your mortgage company however sadly they rejected this; Subsequently as there was no agreement made by your solicitor as part of the purchase you should not have proceeded with the purchase with the expectation that you would receive the £100 cashback; I feel it important to highlight that if formally agreed this cashback would not have come from Leaders as any agreement in place would have been with the Vendor of the property.After taking into account my points above I do not believe the team at Leaders Cambridge have acted incorrectly in regards to this agreement as the responsibility here lay with your solicitor however we would like to offer our sincere apologies that you felt the service you received fell below the high standards we expect of Leaders. We appreciate you taking the time to bring this matter to our attention, we have taken on board all of the comments you have made and can assure you that all feedback is taken most seriously.
