My son and girlfriend rent a house. They moan about the cleaning when they moved out it was clean and tidy. My son got someone in to clean before he handed in the keys. The cleaner took videos on there phone to show my cleaner had done it. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY

If I could score Leaders a 0 I would, a catalogue of errors which they couldn't care less about, I am a landlord and while their tenant securement was excellent the management of the property is shoddy to say the least.Please do not get into a contract with these people.

websites that ask for action but u can't do anything until your moved in then after so long they confirm automatically so if there was an issue you can't fix it.asking for information that I could not give thanks to my job(small company)I also called up 3 times to sort all of this out and they were helpful but it's been unnecessary stress.

Took deposit, declined rental, refused to return deposit. No valid reason. Another branch once attempted to charge me to vet a guarantor. Despite the fact I was offering to pay 6 months ahead, for a 6 month tenancy. Absolutely mind blowing.

Although i would have preferred more information about letting the property was made open to enable me make an informed decision. I would still recommend them.

Terrible service from this people. Once you have paid to move into property, you can say goodbye to any assistance from them. They don't bother about repairs and when you express this displeasure with them, they make your life harder intentionally by delaying repairs.
