Charge for doing a checkout but don’t give you results so don’t even know if they done one I have no idea how this company survives looking at all the terrible reviews it gets but I’m not surprised complete shambles from top to bottom

An abject lack of care and attention generally. Tenants caused permanent damage to a new boiler, broke three ceramic floor tiles that was not even mentioned in a checkout report. Over a number of years I’ve struggled to find any decent letting agents but the move to Leaders has proved to be nothing other than a costly mistake.

Worst ever estate agency! Took our deposit back so how much We earn to rent a property and good to go, but after two weeks apparently online hub decline to rent from them as We not earn enough to pay rent! What !!??? Then We wait 3 weeks after 1emails and calls , they return our deposit ! Never ever use them agin!!
